Ivan I've got the same issue as well; posted about it a few days ago. In my case I am only missing two ultra-rare animals out of all the pages, but don't have the tier 2 animal collector achievement. EDIT: Oh, that's a refresh button. Got it now!
Every time I have seen the appstore icon showing updates since seeing the announcement I have gotten excited; every time there was no Pixel People update, making me a sad panda. I keep up hope that it is soon though!
I'm glad to hear about the missions in the next update. I'd love to see a story of some sort develop, but I considered "unlock all of the jobs = "completion" for this game, so even if an overall arc for my little city doesn't emerge I'll still be happy. I've been playing for about a month now, roughly 10 minutes a day (treadmill game), and I think I've discovered ... 90? or so of the available jobs. I hope there's a chance for some random events to occur in the next patch! I enjoy reading the little news tidbits, and it would be fun for some SimCity-style unexpected calamities/boons to occur every now and then.
Somehow I don't get how I can "Refresh" at the Sheriff? All I see is the Search-Button for Most wanted?
Looks like cash for u maxes out at level 28 at 100 -> 300 million. So u -> cash -> land never makes sense. Oh well.
