So I guess there is no way to resplice your clone once he has a job?? I assumed it was possible tbh, but did not check for that early on. I have made 2 fishmongers for example, so I have the bank bonus on both the lake and the market. But if I at one point I would want to reassign one fishmonger clone and forget about the lake bonus, I couldn't? This could be a more strategic game if one could optimize its clone herd at different points in the game, depending on what you are chasing. thks for the answer, I'm at the same point with the Tiny...ooops I mean Shiny Tower buildings I actually enjoy the slower pace, but it feels like two different games. I slightly disagree with the timewall being the same as the paywall though. It is in part for the impatient teenager, but I don't see anything I can't ultimately buy with some patience I guess. The U prices don't seem very steep and U is fairly available as you mention. This is very different than the Simpsons Tapped out model for example where there are many things that you can't ever buy without IAP.(Simpsons TO is not a game, just a shiny toy ) This indeed looks more, like a NB's IAP model where IAP remains optional.
You definitely could. Just make a building that allows the fishmonger to work in it, the option to assign him there will appear in the fishmonger pop-up.
Ok thks, but I meant go all tabula rasa on my fishmonger to totally resplice him in a different gene like an artist. Send him back to square one you know. At least for the genes where we have made multiple clones like in my example
on the subject of waiting, i dont mind the buildings taking longer as you progress in the game, it is obvious in freemium games, the one major funkiller is the wait while cloning. id easily buy a iap for instant cloning.
Reporting, lambdamu seemed to miss this? Also, idea - for the coin rewards off hearts, why not multiply them by city level? That would keep them relevant?
I guess you noticed that buying the "reduce hearts" research automatically fills the first hearts , but does not suppress them in the hearts line
Hello! It seems that whenever I start up to game and it loads from ICloud it just crashes. It keeps bringing up the tutorial to tap on a flashing square and one isn't there..I've closed out of it manually and even deleted the iCloud save and the same thing happens, perhaps just a specific bug?
True enough. The heart of the matter is that there aren't enough "long term" buildings, and it's not exactly practical to sacrifice 30 land and 30 population to keep ten additional Universities running to get a decent cash flow if you only visit a couple times a day. Level 16, for instance, requires 100 million coins for the next ten land (or 50 million with a 50% discount). Even if you're playing to maximize money, you'll probably only have about 1,500 CPS at that point. Yes, in a perfect world, you could earn 129,600,000 from that 1,500 CPS in a day, provided you never had to "refresh" any of the buildings. But if you only visit twice a day, you'll be lucky to see five million. Which isn't a BAD rate of progression, it's just the Tree-and-Heart Utonium method is far better than waiting a week and a half.
Did you tap on the "ok" button at the tutorial message? The white square does not appear until you tap the button
Enjoying the game so figure I should throw some money to the dev. Just wondering about this 69p IAP for doubling the buildings work time. Does it double the time for buildings I will build in the future too?
Has anyone calculated the average land cap you'll need to support all 150 characters and their buildings yet? I'm trying to figure out what the endgame number would be and whether I should keep bothering to play. It's a little frustrating getting to that 140 or 150 land mark and realizing the costs are just too high to keep playing at a reasonable rate. EDIT: Heck, at this point, it almost feels like you should consider that point the ending and make your goal to unlock around 90 people because that's about as far as you're going to get without some serious time/money investment.
Spoiler Business Center, you need to make an Accountant by combining a Mathematician and a Secretary.
I agree, but it was bound to happen at some point I guess. I still check Tiny tower after 2 years once in a while for 2 minutes. I know I won't play non stop for an hour anymore (I do in pocket planes which has way more depth). In TT, it takes at least a week to get the money to add a new store and then build it, once you have more than 150 floors. Heck, pixel People was out this week! This fast rate of progression wasn't supposed to last. It doesn't mean it's a bad game. But I agree this means you'll have to play very differently to continue, ie check only a few times a day a few minutes to tap the buttons, and have fun reorganizing your city once a week. This isn't shocking for a city builder free to play I guess, and the amount of free fun in the frantic beginning of the game is very high. And a lot of players will call it quits at this point, which is fair. It deserves the 0.89 time doubler IAP that is not consumable imho.
Green splice combination Hello, I have been helplessly addicted to Pixel People over the last few days, and have recently finished finding all 150 clones.. My question is, in the hint area it says that when making Clones, Pink combos are new, Yellow are ones you've found, and Green is "just ew".. so what are the green clones?? I swear i've seen it before, but didn't make one, and now i can't find any Green combinations.. Anyone?? Oh, and what about the Altar? It said "I wonder what happens from here.." I'm also wondering that
