Thanks for spotting this error. They are indeed two distinct and unique reindeer. Well, unique as far as cloning Reindeer goes. In fact, Dancer was the first and original utopium-synthesized Reindeer specimen, following which all other reindeer were generated in her image. Upon your feedback I have just verified that the test-tube for Blitzen was indeed mislabelled. It's still marked Blitzen but in the wrong display category, and hence he inherits his name from his prototype, Dancer. This will be amended in v1.71, which will be out at the soonest! Thank you for your inputs. We are also adding in measures to make sure Santa Clones appear more reliably (there are a lot of Utopias to visit and deliver presents to!), along with other avenues to reindeer hunt if you are experiencing connectivity issues. Santa Glitch I'd just filled the 4th heart in a series, and Santa flew by just as the "surprise" banner was appearing. I tapped on Santa, and his gift window w/ the reindeer picture came up; when I swiped the "slide to open", the window just disappeared without revealing any gift. Underneath was the heart reward window, which behaved normally. I checked to see if maybe I'd received a reindeer anyway, but I still only had the 1 Prancer I'd already had. Apparently Santa doesn't like overlapping gift windows.
Also after 2 more Santa passes, I got 2 more Dancers and/or Blitzens. I am playing offline. Bad luck?? And when Santa does its first pass, the screen is "jerky" (for lack of a better word - slight pause and then everything is normall but definitely noticeable if you have money generation going on in the city). And it is only that first pass, the other 2 appear okay screen wise. (Maybe it is due to the fact that Santa is trying to lose the 2 fighter planes that is escorting him this year?? (Smirk)??). Any possibility of looking into it?? I know it is minor and it is one event but if other future events will use this method, I would at least see if it us possible to remedy for the future ones. Lastly, in regards to the above person's issue of a screen overlapping another screen that requires attention and thus one can't get to Sleigh in time, perhaps add a few more Santa passes to offset it?!? Would 5 passes vs the current of 3 fix it?? Hopefully those lovely people at lambda as well utopia corp can test in their test box before rolling it out.
Hi Ivan, I have contacted support about the Facebook crash issue twice (after each update with no improvement), but I haven't been able to help the support team with my game file as I don't have a computer at home to download the required program to. It's believe it's just bad luck. I got 6 Dashers and at least 2 of all the other reindeer before finally getting Comet
Santa update, money and glitches I'm enjoying the Santa update, the doom and gloom of fog every hour was getting a bit tiresome, and the snowscape looks pretty cool, if you'll pardon the pun. I was starting to amuse myself by making up little stories about the characters living in the houses - now that is a worry. But following the recent troubles, there still seem to be a few glitches. Firstly, does anyone else have the problem that logging on has become a bit random? Sometimes I just get bumped back to my Iphone main screen, and have to do the process again. Other times (admittedly not that often) it just hangs on the log in screen. Other times I get in just fine. I hadn't realised that 2,147m was the maximum money you could have but when I bought some land (why not use the cash) for 150m, I was left with 2, 013m. Maths was never my strong point but.... Anyway, I seem to be only getting reindeer at the moment, 5 on the bounce, and no duplicates, so that's nice. Finally (anyone still with me) - how do I make my shore line look nice? I've bought a few shore bits and bobs but they don't seem to fit together too well.

This was a really good decision, so thanks for that! But I think your random number generator needs some help. Since I started using Santa every 4 hours in offline mode, I've collected 8 Dancers and none of any of the other 8...
That would be really good if you're able to find it in your database! I would help if I had a computer to do it, but I've only got a tablet device at home (and work is not suitable to be sorting out games at!). I look forward to hearing from support.

no more santa so those of us need to play offline to get reindeers by catching santa as he flies over town? while ive caught santa online twice before and getting only 1 spirit items, i havent seen him fly over for three days now since ive switched offline. Does he even fly offline? Is there something wrong with my game or is this normal?
wait 4 hours in offline so does that mean i need to keep the game active for 4 hours or can i leave the game to do other things? the game syncs automatically before i get the chance to choose offline mode, does that reset the 4 hour wait?
No zombie time My girlfriend has the abom gene. But she does not have the dark tower. She does have the center where we can see the zombie time event. However she is not getting zombie time ever and there is no way to activate it to get the dark tower. We've even tried splicing to create the tower. She hasn't stopped the snow yet. Why can't she get the zombie time?
In regards to the reindeer surprise, every time it says reindeer but not the name of the reindeer. Any possibility of showing the name vs having to go look at the event and/or animal list of what you got??
reindeer games trying to play the reindeer games on the only friend I have that has pixel people on her phone. but it doesn't "restock" on my end. The timer just resets back to 24 hours but doesn't let me play whack-a-grump. I've waited for the "stocking up gifts" timer to reset for a few days now with no result... I've also been waiting offline for Santa with no result either. Been trying to catch him for a few days now and just today I've been staring at my phone ceaselessly for 10 hours waiting for that white bearded fat guy in red to fly across my screen and I'm starting to think I'm on the naughty list on this pixelated Christmas... edit: next day update--stared at my phone for another 10 hours since getting up this morning...still no santa. frustrated, getting sick of this, not waiting anymore, I have better things to do, this special event can go **** itself.
