Help plss While I am moving the oil baron to another building, instead of being moved it still remained in the building and theres another oil baron in the hotel. when i put the one in the hotel to work it was moved to the other building but the one who is in the first building remained and is working in the same place as the duplicate and i cannot send it to mothership
Had the same problem but no word back from support. And for whatever reason even saving an online version and then going offline doesn't help either.
"Insanity: doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results." The mission rewards for this game aren't random, they are HARD CODED. This means that you will ALWAYS get a Pumpkin Patch instead of a Hot Spot until a patch fixes it. Obviously someone made a mistake in the Mission.plist.enc file, I could find the error in about 5 seconds if Lambda Mu didn't start encoding there plist files (much in part BECAUSE of me ). So hopefully the next update will fix this issue. But until then, everyone just needs to realize that you CAN NOT get the Hot Spot right now, so stop trying. Unless you want to keep stockpiling Pumpkin Patches.
I've run into the same problem. Everytime i tried to move the duplicate clone... it would duplicate itself creating endless copies. The only solution i could come up with was moving the clone around to either its building, the altar, or hotel. I would try to delete the clone (send to mothership) even if it gives me a msg saying I can't. After randomly trying to move it around... I would put the copies into the Hotel and 1 clone into its building. I would then exit the game and force quit. After reopening the game, the copies I had stored in the hotel dissappeared. Hope this helps.
I'm starting to think Support must be receiving a lot of similar emails. They replied asking me if I'd ever synced with Facebook (which I haven't) and still waiting for another reply. I think they will help us, we just have to be patient as clearly this is affecting a lot of people. I only hope that when I get my game back they extend the Halloween stuff.
At least you got a reply. Have yet to get even one and only the automated response each time for the various issues I have sent to them with this latest update. And there is a definite way to exploit the app to get more than 50 mu / day via trees. Gave them the detailed way of how to do it and you would think one would get a reply of thanks for that. Oh well.
Can someone post a (spoiler tagged) list of what the new Halloween mission items are. I donʻt want to waste my candies on spirit items if thereʻs anything useful.
Been a long time since I posted in here; glad to see the community is going strong. I'd stopped playing since the return of online syncing, as all my data got deleted and if upgraded my phone. Only reply I got from support was the automated one and nothing since. Seems like the latest update has done the same thing to a lot of other people, which is a real shame. I guess it means I can be glad I didn't start anew until after the update I guess haha. Still, tis a shame to have lost a fair amount of money in u etc. Well ok looks like I'm screwed in general. For some reason whenever it tries to do a cloud sync it just starts me off with a completely new game and erases my progress, just like it did back when it was first reintroduced. *sigh* I mean I could just play offline but then there's the chance I might accidentally try and sync or an update might automatically try and sync. If it's any help to mention, it tries to get me to login to Facebook each time I go to sync, and I'm pretty sure it's just assuming it's a new account every time instead of actually having my data in the cloud. Any help or ideas?
Same. Took two or three days for the first response asking whether I use FB (I don't). Then a further auto generated out of office saying they are closed on weekends. Will just have to sit and wait I guess.
Facebook issue with pet shop and telephone company For all of you who are synced with Facebook, are any of you having problems accessing the Facebook features through the pet shop and telephone company? I personally have never been able to use the pet shop or telephone company, they both crash when I attempt to open them. Every other building works fine. I have raised this issue with support a few times, but even with all the updated versions of the game being published, this issue is still unresolved. I really just want to know if I'm alone or if it's a widespread issue.
If you have patience, just wait till the first ten minutes of every hour. You can also use the Spoiler Dark Tower if you have at least two hearts and not in bumper time.
Do you have to be logged in to Facebook for it to work? I'm not and nothing has changed, even though it's the fourth minute of the hour.
Huh. As far as I am aware, there is no building or clone requirement for the hourly haunting. I am left with the dumb questions: Did you apply the patch? and Have you tried restarting it?
For the record: my daughter gets the hourly haunting, has no altar, and does not have a facebook or connect her game to facebook.

I just bought the Easter Bunny gene for 25u and I didn't receive it. I did, however, get an Easter Egg mission that would give me the gene once I complete it. Obviously, I can't do that since it isn't spring. Has anyone else had this problem?
