I've now got a second 'Unique Character' which cannot be deleted. I believe this occurred when I gambled at the arcade at the same time as the clone was formed; perhaps the fact that two 'packs' appeared at the same time causes a bug in the identification of the clone?
Aaaaaand... less than 24hrs later it is crashing to the home screen again. It opens fine, show the Eureka (even though I'm pretty sure I didn't have a clone in the oven), then crashes. I will try the iExplorer trick this afternoon when I get home.
So, question. I'm traveling at the moment. If I launch the game and let it sync on wifi, and then select offline, will it both a) not use international data and b) keep my progress even if the icloud version is now older?
It will keep your progress. I'll explain how our servers decide which save game data to keep in a bit.
I appreciate that you added a Restore button to each building where it is relevant, but can't it go away once purchases are active? It is annoying in the Enterprise building where I use workaholic multiple times a day, and it is really in the way in the Mine where it is above the button to collect the u.
is there any reason why Golden Retrievers does not appear in the Secret Animal Splice? I need to make a Cerberus for the new quest in the Mission Center. I have 2 Golden Retrievers, but I looked throughout the Splice menu, the Golden Retrievers are not there. Is there a special thing I need to do in order to get them to appear there, or is this a bug? Anyone else having this problem?
Are you looking in the right Category? For me they ate listed under the DOG category as "GOLDEN RET".
When i spliced a cerberus to unlock the new jobs, a message popped op saying 'secret reward: astroglass building' (but nothing else happened). Anyone know what that was about?
No. I mean the game disappears and I am looking at the home screen. I have to go to iExplorer if I want to play again. There seem to be two (possibly unrelated) reasons why my game crashes to the home screen: 1) Connecting to Facebook. Sometimes it works. Sometimes it crashes on sync. Once it has crashed once, it will crash every time until I pull the iExplorer trick. 2) Weirdness while splicing. I.e. if I get a "Surprise", casino spin, or arcade spin right as the splicing finishes, I do not get the "splicing complete" splash screen. Once I close the app and reopen the app, I get the "splicing complete" splash that I missed before and the app crashes. If the app crashes once, it will crash each time it is opened until I swap in the sharedData2.archive I am starting to feel punished for my aggressive use of c/c. My iPad game, which only used the Church a few times has none of these issues.
I completed the mission "bakers dozen" and the clones that are supposed to create new jobs are highlighted when i want to splice them but none of the combinations shows me the red symbol to splice a new job. do i have to do anything else??
Ivan. Another great patch. I am now at 268/271 jobs. But there are no new jobs highlighted in the splicing centre. What am I missing?
There are no secret combinations in this patch, so you may not have completed the ones from the previous update.
When revealing combos, please use the spoiler tag. Otherwise you might reveal info that others want to figure out. Thanks...
