Ivan - IAP idea for you. Super Claw (or something like that) - basically allows you to run the claw machine ten times with one click (the number could also be enterable). This reduces the clicks and lets me spend my coins faster. I would pay $1.99 for that.
For some reason I can't splice the Hair Stylist. This should not require any mission or so does it? To my knowledge the formula should be Spoiler Model and Spoiler Gardener , but the tube stays grey and wont let me splice?
I am still 100% unable to play my game since I logged into Facebook. I'm still waiting for my solution because it's an account-based error as I have been able to play the most recent version on my GF's iPad just fine until I logged into Facebook on the game and the app just quits and never allows me to load again.
So I still gotta wait two more weeks? That's lame...can I get a bunch of Utopium to make up for the 4 weeks of 25/day I haven't been able to collect (plus the Casino spins and Arcade stuff, as well as the other daily rewards I've missed out on)? I really love the game, but waiting 4 weeks for my game to come back up seems quite excessive.
if you can contact [email protected] detailing your problem and the fact that you really want to get back to your game, they should be able to guide you through a workaround. Throw <TOUCHARCADE><USERNAME> into the subject header and you'll get priority attention Sorry about the wait times though. It takes time to repro reported bugs, identify and fix them, then test to make sure they don't cause more issues (Utopia is a complex system!), before we even go through formal QA and apple approval procedures.
I've contacted you guys a few times, no solutions have been found in about 3 weeks now. My FB game was pretty far along, I was approaching 150 different jobs when the bug booted me so I don't want to take any chances at losing that progress.
New effect with ministry of love building?!?! If you collect all the hearts and stockpile them for 2 days, on the third day, there is no hearts to collect from the building on the 3rd day. Does restock the 400 hearts if the 800+ are used though that day. Not sure if this is by design or not. Don't recall this happening in previous versions. And yes I know 800+ is good for close to 2 days work on the farm boost.
Ivan, Some enhancement suggestions for future releases - hopefully easy to implement 1) Ability to see if someone is engaged before you download their city (maybe on the visit screen) 2) Ability to set up some "hot zones" where you can click on an area and be taken to a specific location (similar to the "return to origin" but you can choose where you want to have it go to instead of going to the town hall. 3) Ability to have more than 25 friends 4) Ability to mass move objects. I've got a ton of trees that I would like to move to a different location, but need to do them one at a time. 5) Ability to trade in excess astroglass decor (even at a very high exchange rate) for astroglass housing or cash or U or Mu? 6) Higher density astroglass housing? 7) From the clone cards, the ability to see where the clones are working Great game - I play way too often (according to my wife), but thought these would be useful enhancements
Thank You Mayor! We are already considering a number of these improvements for future updates to the corporation's heartware. Some are more problematic than the others, but we're trying. Keep that feedback coming though Ian Hancement Lead Designer Utopia Corp. Mayor Experience Division
12 days later, I'm still at level 9. I know most of you did the Casino/Church strategy, but even without that loophole, the game is becoming easy very fast if you know what you're doing. This second game has been quite different than my first one, and quite fun too Knowing which clones and buildings to get is one part that makes it more strategic (casino, arcade, enterprise, farm, research lab, bank, utopia hq are early targets of course, then gene pool and I forgot to get the conspiracy theorist tree before reaching 110/110 But the big differences are the AG stuff, the arcade, the casino and the missions. And the farm combined with the workaholic taht makes it easier and faster to get the coins. Whereas in my first playthrough, it was mostly a matter of grinding for the next Shiny house/expansion. Now you can replace trees, decor and residences with AG ones faster and faster as your cps ramps up. And it becomes way too easy in a week or so. And that's without the casino/church loophole! My less than 2 weeks old game still at level 9 stats: Land 110/110 with about 65 buildings (no duplicates). Residences/decor/trees are 100% AG stuff. 162/255 clones. 242 population. 129 AG residences for 352 slots. All special genes. Max research (4 hearts for a surprise) 61 trees. 254/26 decor. 1430 animals. 1416 cps. Arcade still at 500k. I will now expand and get the last clones&buildings, and then call it a day I guess. The money is already flowing at a rate that is becoming boring, so I won't grind at level 9. It's still a fun ride, and I was happy to restart a game from scratch. Maybe Lambdamu should consider letting users have more than one game on the same device Edit : just expanded level 10, 110/120 and the arcade is still at 500k? I thought it was going up, I guess it's on the next one
The introduction of AG fundamentally changed the game. There is a much higher incentive to stop leveling after level 10 until you have 100% AG decor, trees, and residences. By that time, you are generating significant cps (also thanks to the farm) so the jump at level 11 to ~$1,250,000 per Arcade isn't that bad. At level 12, the Arcade costs $1,809,999 which is a huge jump percentage wise but is welcome for me as I couldn't spend my coins fast enough when it was only $500,000. But this new game is less about leveling, building a cool town, and finding the next great formula, then it is about hoarding AG and u. And that is a pretty drastic change in game play from the original concept. If AG had just been available in Missions (maybe even the same with u) then it would have been a better long term experience (even if my original game would have suffered). EDIT - I also noticed it was really easy to collect all the animals. The first 150 pages of this thread were people cursing about collecting that last animal, and now you don't even need to give it a second thought.
New problem: unspliced clone stuck in arrival center Something strange happened today that I have not seen before. I was splicing a clone (on my OCD quest to upgrade everyone) and the 10 second progress meter got stuck. It was looping between about 10-15%, never climbing higher. I tried to give it a nudge by spending 1u to speed up the splice, but this didn't fix it. The meter moved up almost to completion but then got stuck, never finishing: I tried the maintenance repair, forced quit, etc. and it's still clogging up my arrival center. So now I have three clones that I can't re-splice, and only two working slots in the arrival center.
