You can try backing up your game and then delete the game, reinstall, complete the tutorial, then sync with icloud at the town hall.
Is this 100% safe? I am sure that my cloud save is ok since I am playing it in other device but it is written in the Ivan's signature to never delete the game. Tks in advance
I apologize if this has been answered already, but I looked through a few pages and couldn't find it... I seem to be encountering some sort of bug with the Telephone Company. Every time I use the home button to exit the game and reopen it, even if the app is still open, it goes through the Cloud Save screen and takes me back into the game. I then get 2 dialog boxes telling me to click on the Telephone Company and Visit a friend (big flashing finger pointing at the building/button) but whenever I click Visit, it briefly brings up a dialog box, says "Please Wait" and then the app closes. I also seem to be stuck having to Restore Purchases literally every time I exit/reenter the app. Is there some way around this? It's really annoying...
The app crashing when trying to visit or trade with friends is affecting a lot of people, and as of right now, all you can do is wait for a patch to fix it. As for having to restore purchases every time you open the app, well there is a workaround/fix for that, but it involves disconnecting from the cloud for a brief period, and according to some there is a chance that if you disconnect from the cloud then you risk getting a connection timed out error when you try to reconnect. I can neither confirm nor deny if that is the case, but if you're feeling lucky and want to give it a try, follow the guide that I made below:
My splash screen does not have the red snowflake or green cloud buttons. If I go into airplane mode, I get a "signal is weak" message. The screen pulses for a couple of minutes and then the app crashes.
My game is also insta-crashing at the splash screen right now. I have tried force killing the app, and even restarting my device, but nothing works. So for now, I'll just have to be patient and wait for Apple to push out the patch. I hope that the new patch will contain like +25Mu for everyone as an apology for all of the issues.
So, I also have now 6 Ministries of Hope after splicing again 5 secret animal and getting a new building each time (3 secret animals I used for the mission, and the 2 needed for splicing the last 2). Not sure it's a good idea to keep 'em around though. I somehow lost around 100u in the process. Is that normal? Or maybe I just did a 100u mission without noticing??? I got a question for you guys regarding the tabula rasa clones. Is there any way to direct them in a specific housing when they're arriving? I tried reserving a slot but it didn't work. They seem to appear pretty randomly, and it's a chore finding them I took the time during a long train trip to reorder all my clones, so that I only get golden hearts. Not sure it's worth it though, but I liked doing it I now have all the golden hearts combos in glass houses or precarious heights (about 120 including my duplicates). That's the first group of housing. The clones from my duplicates buildings (bar, stadium, theatre, city square) are alone in manors, regrouped by the same type. (2nd group) The other clones are in Shiny towers, one per rank, 3 per ST. (3rd group) I still got 2 dozens empty buildings left (630 population / 1096, and 314 residences) Waiting for the GC implementation to try the new trading and visiting
I wish! Doubt that's going to happen. I'm on day two of no game. No response from lambda mu by email. Just got a auto response from them, with a supposed "fix" that did not work. So now I wait... So frustrating!
Still waiting a fix for this change Facebook issue... Sent an email on Saturday at Lambdu and no response...
I'm getting this problem on my iPad2. I even tried the backup/reinstall game method. When i restore my city, the game works... but if i close the game and come back, I run into the same problem. However, I am able to play the game with my restored city on my iPhone 4. The small screen size and slow speed sucks... but it does the trick until the update.
Don't kill the app; just leave the app running in the multitasking tray until the fix is here. That's what I've done since I've restored my city after having the issue and have not run into the issue since.
Sorry, change facebook is low on our priority list at the moment. We're still making sure we get the City Restore cases all nailed down. Tomorrow I'll make it a point to talk to our devs on situations such as yours and give you guys an update.
Hi guys, once again, with a big question: "Which buildings are worth duplicating? (apart from City Square) And i'm mostly curious about the following: -Animal Shelter/Arcade -Utopium Mine Will it give double the amount of gifts/utopium per day? Also, anyone have tried duplicating Utopia HQ, will it show more missions? Just a thought. Bug report: When your battery dies while Pixel People is opened and running, after restart you get that blank welcome screen. It has happened to me 3 times in a row. So, beware!
The Gym is now the best building to duplicate. It gives the best CPS vs. Land usage, especially with Astroglass housing. Having extra Mine or Animal Shelter will not give double rewards, just like how having a second Bank won't give you another x2 multiplier.
As far as I remember, there was no limit on land owned, but there was a limit on max level. Now that we can no longer get land from the church, I guess the max amount of land you can have will be a combination of max level land + whatever church land you managed to buy before 1.50
You know, I think I still subscribe to this on the grounds that U and Mu are renewable resources and land isn't, but it could be argued that the City Square is most U and Mu efficient and therefore a good building for duplication (once again).
To test it, I just expanded 15 levels to level 63, now I'm 470/660 in land. Not sure where the level cap is now? I mean what the heck, I got over 700 spirit (504 needed now). And it doesn't change anything for the casino or the arcade, I got to use the cash and u at some point! Maybe I'll build a nice shoreline
