I couldnt get it to work when I tried the hard reset method, and was too lazy to perform some system restore... oh well. I made my disclaimer to them in BRIGHT COLOURS.
Anyone got a link to how to backup / extract your save game? Or do you just mean backup the whole phone?
Here is the Auto response message you get when you email support for those that want to try their steps first. But from what I've seen and tried, the deleting of the game and playing thru the tutorial and then re-syncing back up is what works all the time:
Hi guys. Before going for the new version, i have a question for those of you who have updated. What are the downsides of the new version? I'm thinking of getting as much as i can from the game's current features before i update, and would like to know your oppinion. For example, i hear that you can no longer buy land from Church without leveling up. I've been using that feature a lot. Can you buy land from Black Market now? without leveling up, i.e. bigger prices and timers on everything. What about, daily reward from Casino & Animal Shelter? Thanks.
The Animal Shelter still gives the daily reward; but the Casino does not. It's the Arcade now that has a "Free Play" at the crane game.
All I can say is, as a country grows, inflation occurs, all prices goes up. But of cos, at least for me, all the new buildings and terrains are worth it. And the trading feature too, it saved me from going insane from not being able to get a duck or a stag to clear some missions
Let the city building madness continue. How do you guys know how much data you lost? Maybe it's just me, as long I didnt lose any utopium or buildings I didnt really care much about progress lost

you tried the method mentioned earlier by me and Bankai44? Do remember to back up your save files first. Like, really, extract it and keep it somewhere safe, especially before you decided to delete the app and reinstall
While looking through the various groups of animals on page 5, why is there not a mollusk group of animals? There are some that have this grouping but no folder for mollusc. And why isn't it spelled mollusK (change last letter fromc to k)??
Why would it be? 1500 jobs? Seems rather excessive, how am I going to collect them all now! Is it safe to open the updated app now, or is there still a risk of losing my city? I've updated the app but not opened it yet.

Ivan, around the time of 1.51 the cost to build most buildings changed from a coin cost to 20u. Was this snuck in on purpose? By accident? Bug?
1500 clones. 255 (plus a few more) jobs. Each clone has three levels and there is male and female art, so 255*6 > 1500
