Any way to turn off the annoying FB 3 step Telco tutorial without signing up?

So did anybody figure out some of the mutant animals? I don't see any hints anywhere in the game yet so it's pretty random to figure them out. Not in the mood for hundreds of combination tryouts

 

Same here iPhone 5 and iPad both synced still get pet store tutorial w/no Facebook friends!!!

 

I was talking about the tutorial being situated miles away from my land (in the middle of space) and having to tap the bottom left button to move back to the Town Hall.

 

yes but also why does the tutorial keep repeating!!

 

It triggered the tutorial at the very beginning of the game. Like when you have a brand new town.

 

You should both join the Pixel People Players Facebook Group

We already have over 40 members! Just join the group and then send friend requests to all the members. Until GC is implemented this is the best solution.

 

The same thing happens to me, I don't mind starting over once...but having to do it every time I open the program is obviously way too annoying for me.

 

Exactly every time i launch the game it does sync then it goes right to the pet store and goes through the tutorial over and over again!!

So much landscaping work to redo with the new terrains, this is going to kill my animal crossing village. I'm like terraforming my entire city.

I guess if lambdamu goes through the normal apple review channel, a patch wont come anytime soon, im glad my city didnt get reset with this patch.

 

Ivan@LambdaMu - I contacted lambdamu support via email, and they responded with how to restore my backup archive file via iExplorer.

This method only works if I turn off Wi-Fi or play in Airplane mode. Once I am connected to the internet and start up the game, it does the cloud sync and resets me back to a brand new city and I have to restore everything again through iExplorer.

Should I respond directly to email? Or is there something that I am missing to reset the cloud sync somehow, so that I can access online features in my original city?

Thkz for the suggestion, but no way I am going to do that. Why? I have some bad memories of Zynga-games. (+300 contacts game-related etc.)

 

And here I was going to ask how to make friends... Yeah, I'd really rather not get Facebook involved in all this. Guess I'm waiting for GameCenter.

Is the cloud sync thing now mandatory? I don't always have a great signal and this just keeps me from getting to play sooner. Can I disable this? I have no other device I play this on other than my phone anyway.

Also, for whatever reason, the game reverted some of my purchases this morning. I went to collect my utopium from the mine and only got 2, after paying for the upgrade that lets me get 10 every day. I went to Restore Purchases, and the mine is back to its upgraded form, but I lost 8 utopium and I have to wait until the timer expires.

Not world-shaking but was an annoyance.

 

I'm SUPER happy about icloud is it working this time around? Also wish it used GC friends.

I'm enjoying the new update but the facebook stuff is getting in the way.

I signed into facebook in the app to get past the annoying telephone building tutorial only to be hit by another annoying tutorial for animal trading. I cant skip it because I have no facebook friends who play pixel people and don't like that the game is forcing me to add people. At least to get through the telephone tutorial they set up a world to visit, they should of done the same with the trading one.

So I want to sign out of facebook in the app but cant find where, is it possible?

Edit: I mean the animal trading tutorial come up every time I start the game, so I have to skip through it every time I want to play.

 

For the animal tutorial, once it tells you to open the pet store and you do so, the tutorial terminates.
