The animal count in the Animal Shelter seems to be showing the proper totals now.

I went from 3,000+ to 5,500 animals loose after the update.

Well still have the decor slot open so I suspect it stays open till you complete a decor mission.

I wonder that too. I love caterpillars, so was a little disappointed to see the change, but I'm probably in the minority on that one.

Nope. I completed a decor mission and it is still open. I have also won AG items in the Casino and it is still open.

So I am not sure what triggers the mission to lock again (if it ever does).

Speaking of the Lumber Mill's Over Logging Event, there is an unrecognized character after the exclamation point in "OVER LOGGING!"

For the Newtopium Mine (Utopium Mine upgrade) IAP - Tap on the Utopium Mine and tap the yellow + next to the "It's Mine" button. There you will see the Utopium Shop.

For the Ministry of Love IAP building - Tap any building that has a "Heart Stockpile Event" (Carnival, Chemical Plant, Farm) then tap the yellow + next to the "Activate" button. There you will see the Heartware Store.

Is there a secret to create the LumberJack or the LumberMill? I can't seem to figure it out :(

I finally decided to get both IAPs, too.

Next step is to move the Enterprise to some spot where it will be really easy to tap without accidentally hitting the buildings next to it (some of which are high-value in my current setup). I'm thinking surrounded by 8 Astroglass Plazas on the edge of my forest, as befits a building of its importance.

    Sorry for the multiposts :(

But I wanted to let you all know that I have added a 2nd sheet to my Spreadsheet. This new sheet is a list of ALL the valid combos for making Golden Hearts.

The order of the pair is VERY important. They did not fix the bug that prevents "reversed" pairs from working. You MUST put the First Gene on the left and the Second Gene on the right.

A quick note about the color coding. A gene that is in a green box denotes that this is the ONLY combo where the gene is used in that position (either first or second). A pair that are in yellow boxes denotes that this is the ONLY combo that BOTH genes are used in that position, I like to call these pairs "Perfect Pairs" ;)

My advice is to use this list to place a Golden Heart combo in each of your houses. I personally decided to make the top row couple in each of my houses the Golden Heart combo, but you can place them on any row you wish. I suggest starting with the "Perfect Pairs" first, and then working your way through the rest of the list. I find it helpful to write down which clones you have used when there are more than one of those jobs in your town. For instance, You wouldn't want to make a Golden couple out of the Actor from the Film Studio and the Poet from the Gallery, and then later try to make a Golden combo out of the Writer from the Cafe and the SAME Poet from the Gallery. So make sure you remember which clones you've already used and which ones you haven't.

Some notes about getting Golden Hearts:

When you tap on a house that has a heart, the heart will appear randomly next to any row that has 2 clones with jobs. If you tap the X to close the house and open it again, the heart will randomly choose a row again (sometimes the same row) by doing this multiple times you can force it to choose your Golden Heart combo.

Keep in mind that when you collect Golden Hearts you WILL win an Animal prize, usually whichever ones you have 0 amount of. If you have at least 1 of each animal it seems to go back to randomly picking an animal. By collecting only Golden Hearts you WILL NOT be able to win any coins or utopium from heart surprises. That is why it is a good idea to have both Golden Heart and Red Heart combos in all of your houses, because that way you can choose which type you want. That is also why I am not a big fan of the Manor of Speaking type homes

One other thing that I would like to discuss is the new IAPs. In my opinion, if you are trying to decide which one if any to buy, get the Ministry of Love. It provides you with 400 hearts a day! These hearts can be collected 10 per tap. 288 Hearts will provide you with the "Bumper Season!" special event for 24 hours! That leaves you with about 110 hearts a day to spend on the "Utopium Leak!" and "Funfair!" special events. By the way you could also run the "Funfair!" special event for 24 Hours using 72 hearts, which would leave you with around 40-50 hearts for "Utopium Leak!"

So for a one time fee of about $7 you get basically unlimited "Bumper Season!" and "Funfair!" and 40-50 minutes of "Utopium Leak!" What a deal!

My only complaint is that it is impossible to have the Enterprise building itself benefit from Workaholic :(

The way I look at it, at max value 1u = 3,000,000 coins, so as long as you earn at least an extra 3,000,000 coins during that doubled work cycle you are breaking even, but most likely you will be making a profit.

Yeah saw that too but didn't know how to post a pic so thanks.

Hopefully the logging gets corrected. Pity the poor fool who buys 1 minute before midnight. Goodbye to $75k!! (Or the appropriate money at your respective level)

I just made a post like 1 page back (literally 5 posts ago) explaining how I added a new sheet to my spreadsheet for that exact function.

I have no duplicates and have only been able to create 74 residences with one unique golden heart pair.

I am sure there are more but probably not a lot more.

If of interest, I can post the 74 pairs that I use for my game.
