There may be no single big payoff mission, but almost every cash mission is useful, so you don't have to skip as much. In my regular game, I'd do the hourly skip waiting for Monkey Business, which might show up once a day. (Plus it my take a couple of days to collect six primates.) But in my level 1 game I have equal reason to finish missions like Fur Fathers, Mammal Mia, Anymals, etc. I haven't counted, but I might get just as many daily casino spins between these two approaches.

You might have missed this, but in my Level 1 game I haven't turned off the new ticker yet, and I saw the following (slightly paraphrased, I didn't write down the exact words):

"Are people made of utopium, or is utopium made out of people? Read Silent Greene's article to find out."

    Excellent!
No I didn't see it lol.
I like the news ticker, but it's too slow and usually I miss half the text. It would be nice to have a place to read all the news in standard text. It would be a fun read I guess ;)

Question for a master Pixel Peopler...

If the Casino caps at 10M per spin, then at some point, expansion will lead to more spins / hour than staying at level 9. Question is: approximately where is this threshold? About how much CPS do you need to equal a well-built lvl 9 town that has few-to-none duplicate buildings?

That is: say you build out a lvl 9 town to where all your buildings are full and you have, say, 150 land or so, all used for unique buildings. You probably get about 1100 CPS, which means you get a spin about every 8 minutes.

What approximate level do you need to be at—assuming you reach a comfortable unlocking point, and start building duplicate Taverns or Stadiums or whatever—to equal 10M in income about every 8 minutes?

You obviously need c. 20,800 CPS for 10 mil spin every 8 mins. Don't know the at what level you can realistically achieve that but as an indicator some one on this forum was producing less than a 1/4 of that CPS at Level 43!

I completed all the content in my Casino/Church (CC) game at Level 8 with no duplicates with 166 land. My cps is 2,360.

A casino spin at later levels ($10M) is 20X that of Level 1-9 (500K).

So unless you can get 20 times the cps, you will never get casino spins as quickly as a Level 9 player. You can get it one every 20-30m if you build your cps up but not every 4-6 minutes.

EDIT: Also realize that once you have completed all the content in a CC game, the appeal of the casino drops dramatically. I already have all AG residences (no MOS only PH/GH), 600+ spirit in AG, and 100+ AG trees.

Also if you got that high without expansion, that's 2.2 casino spins a minute :p

But really, at that sort of level, everything is irrelevant, you can max out the game in no time.

I count 165 land required for a completed game with no duplicates. Is your 166 total based on the lower right land counter, or a manual count of all 94 buildings?

Well first off, max CPS without any duplicate buildings is 2360 CPS. So if we use that for a theoretical "Perfect" Level 9 C/C game and a level 9 Casino spin costs 500,000. So the level 9 town can spin the Casino once every 212 seconds or roughly every 3 and half minutes.

In order to match that rate in a town that has hit the Casino cap of 10,000,000 per spin, you would need a max CPS of 47,200. That would require one of each building plus an additional 534 Taverns/Hero Mansions. Total land needed would be 1289 if you had no Astroglass housing, or 700 land if ALL housing was Astroglass. I believe that the current maximum level in the game is Level 58 with 600 land (maybe 605 if you have the 5 bonus land from the Valentines update). So at the very least, you would need to be level 58 and still also purchase 100 land from the Church.

Breakdown of costs (assuming ALL Astroglass housing):

    Level 9 town
110 land from leveling - cost: 3,775,000 coins OR 215u through Law Firm
    56 land from Church - cost 448u

    Level 58 town
    A LOT FRICKIN' MORE!

The Racecar Driver glitch eats 1 land without giving a building. So yes, you only need 165 land for all buildings, but the game requires you to have 166 because of the Racecar Driver.

Thanks. I didn't notice that in my main game. I'll make sure not to clone the Racecar Driver in my Level 1 game until that's fixed.

BTW, I'm now at 100 land in my Level 1 game, but that includes 22 squares for non-AG housing and 9 for non-AG trees that will be deleted when I get enough AG replacements. It's extremely slow going, having to spend 8u on every square on an "income" of ~30u per day. The casino isn't very kind to me either--I've received 21 plazas so far including 4 AG and 3 gold (my spirit is 57/10!!) but only 3 AG trees. I've got a single Glass House, a single Precarious Heights and perhaps a dozen Manors. I'm completing every Taking Sides mission I see, but it's still slow waiting for the AG housing. I've got almost all special genes--only have the Team Names mission, the Hitch Hiker (100u) and the Mutant left to get. I'm using my knowledge from the first game to carefully plot the splicing sequence for the Level 1 game to maximum benefit. My immediate goal is to get my City Square fully staffed, but the path to unlocking the tailor requires a lot of land for buildings that unlock along that path.
Athlete --> Olympic Swimmer --> Lifeguard --> Model --> Tailor
. Once that's complete, I'll work to getting the Tavern fully staffed, but I'll need another 9 squares for new buildings and housing for 7 new clones to complete that path.

I'm definitely enjoying having two games running in parallel. It certainly helps bide the time until the next content update. In my main game, I've now moved all 330 people (incl. 3 stuck in the Arrival Center) into astroglass housing and I have deleted all my Shiny Towers, "reclaiming" 60 land for future updates. I'm at Level 27 but would "downgrade" if I could! But it's back to just simple animal, utopium, and coin collecting in that game; no more missions are needed for now.

    Wow. Great job.

I have a ton of AG housing accumulating on my main game, but I haven't been able to pull the trigger and move over folks from my Shiny Towers.

I too didn't delete my Shiny towers, non AG decor or trees. I don't see the need for deleting as of now, I can easily expand if I need land, and am still far from the max level.
I guess it could be an end goal though. ;)

But once you're over the level where casino spin is maxed, why should you care of your land usage/level? It doesn't change anything cost wise to be level 30 or 50, does it?

    Moving Clones

To keep myself amused until the next update, I've been rearranging my residents so each building will have a gold heart producing couple, but I'm getting frustrated (and wasting precious u!) trying to figure out how the game chooses where to place clones when I boot them from the hotel. Usually they seem to be placed in the most recently vacated empty slot, but not consistently - sometimes clones are sent back to their original location or to a random empty slot, ignoring the more recently emptied spots where I'd intended them to go. Anyone know if there's a pattern or logic to where they get placed that I'm somehow not seeing?
