After the latest update, the game isn't saving/recording any progress. Whenever I open the app, everything's reset (including audio options) and I'm prompted to play the Tutorials. The progress I've lost isn't too worrisome but it'd be good if the game didn't reset each time. Thought you should be aware of this issue. I'm running the latest iOS on an iPhone 4S. Thanks for looking into this, and for the great game. EDIT: I deleted and reinstalled the game and everything seems to be running smoothly. Disregard the above and thanks again.
No there is a very real bug with regards to the save file! Its been driving me mad, but I believe I've finally found the cause. Do you recall when you first bought/played PDP?
To anyone else who experiences this; I've found and fixed the bug. Your save file isn't deleted (just inaccessible), so if you wait until the update drops it'll restore your save as it was before. Alternatively you can uninstall the game and reinstall to create a new save.
I got PDP within a week of its release. I haven't had any other problems with it; happy to hear you've managed to find and squash the bug. Thanks again and keep up the good work!

Like this game and highly recommend, thanks for sharing. It is unique with element of match-3 and RPG and Pixel graphic. The 2 new modes give more enjoyment of match-3 and RPG, and furthermore loot which is very good.
Does this have iphone 5 optimization (wide screen support) or just black side bars? How about iCloud support?
It's optimized for iPhone 5 & iPad, but no iCloud support. I can't seem to get it working with my authoring tool :/
Probably my most-played game of 2013, especially on my phone. I've just downloaded the latest version for my new iPad mini, and noticed that there are gameplay changes (movement!). I guess I missed an upgrade. Pixel Defenders Puzzle is my example game for 'why it's important that game developers can build on other people's existing mechanics'.
Replay level button? Given I'm a stickler for completing levels with 3 stars, I'd love to see a Replay Level button rather than needing to go back to the level list and pick it again. Love the game and glad to see you're so engaged with your customers here.
Hi bigsid, You're the 2nd person to report this problem - they also have an iPhone 6 Plus, so it looks like there might be a bug with regards to the resolution. I'll look into it and get back to you! In the mean time, if you want to email me at [email protected] we can try some fixes.
