Ever since the update, the mine droppers on my pirate ships swap out with the initial basic one when I play crusade matches. I have the doggy and quick mines on them so it sucks to lose that much power when crusading.
There really needs to be a warning before being able to use Flooz for the fruit trees. I just wasted 7 flooz on replenishing a coconut tree when who the heck would want to do that?? This is twice now. Please fix this. Thanks!
Not a very good first impression of the new update. I was about to start today's crusade but I decided to update the game first. Now it says I need to wait another 20hrs again before I can play...so basically I lost today's crusade...sucks cuz it's my favourite part of the game since I get to test out new strategies & character combinations. I appreciate the fact that you guys are updating the game but there are still some things that make it frustrating and difficult enjoy consistently.
I'm liking the new update. Nice to see more rewards given on the crusade. And the new layout on the map is nice. I did lose the arena prior to the update, but it was back after and I was able to finish getting to tier 1. I still think there needs to be a medal reward for getting to tier 1 for whichever characters is being given out on a given week. The reality is that most people will never get those characters and that's pretty frustrating.
Agree with you twispby. Update is pretty good so far. Yea exactly ! I would love to obtain cherry or bruce medals. It would be great if there is another tier which reward us with more blue stones/arena key and 5 medals of the week at maybe 20k arena points milestones.
OK I'm gonna try to stay positive as much as I can. Things I like about the new update: - more lives - watching an ad for the arena grants you 3 tickets instead of 2. - evolving a boat part costs less resources (I think) - Peep asks for more bananas and less mangos so now I'm able to grow & sell the fruit before the time expires Changes I don't like: - not being to play the crusade yesterday/today - the inability to farm specifically for blue or red wood. Before the update, playing the King Navarre level would only give you blue wood but now it's either blue wood or normal wood. Same with the Twins/Prison/Doge where before it was only red wood but now it's red or normal. If I need a certain type of wood in a pinch, it'd be nice to be able to not leave those to chance and waste multiple lives trying to get some - trying to buy Sam, Adele & Smoothie medals from the green goblin guy is now next to impossible. There's no way (that I know of) to farm for those medals. Before the update, I was able to buy those medals somewhat consistently. Now that guy mostly sells Relics which I don't need because all my buildings are fully upgraded. Please change it so that Sam, Adele & Smoothie medals can be easier to obtain because as it stands right now, it will be next to impossible to upgrade them. The green goblin shouldn't be able to sell medals that you can easily obtain by completing the character's level. Do I really need to buy a Luna medal when I can just play Skull Island? Or at the very least, have those character medals come out much much much less and have Sam, Adele & Smoothie medals come out much much much more often. Once again, I appreciate that the devs are continuing to update this game and address our concerns so please keep up the great work!
I just double checked our changes, you actually have more wood navarre/dandolo with the recent update. For example, at the King Navarre, before you were only getting a minimum of 2 wood navarre. With the update you are now getting 2 wood navarre PLUS a chance to get 2 extra more wood navarre or 3 wood pirate. So you either get 4 Wood Navarre or 2 WN + 3 WP as opposed to only 2 wood navarre before. Does that make sense? That's a good point for the relics, since there are more things to buy (the relics) you get less chance to have medals. Are you getting a lot of relics, severals in a same offer? We might probably try to reduce the occurence of those.
I noticed that you do get more of the wood you're farming for, i think that's great. I spent a long time farming dandolo red woods, so it'll be easier now. I preferred the map layout before actually, I liked seeing the full map at once. Not a big deal i guess though. I have a suggestion, why not give out Sam/Adele/Smoothie medals in the dice game? in one of my previous posts, I calculated that it takes 76,000 coins just to upgrade one of those characters (not sure about sam but it is for adele and smoothie) which is extremely expensive since you can get all the other medals by playing the levels (and technically earn coins & exp at the same time too). i love adele but it's just not worth my coins to upgrade her if it costs that much. Also, any tips on beating Kina on hard mode? it doesn't have weakness to anything, and my 4150 pirate ship can't beat it... :|
Can I get my 7 flooz back? Wow, how dumb am I? I jumped to conclusions cuz I played the Kina level & that gave me blue wood instead of normal wood so I freaked out. Yep that makes sense and I guess I'll put that on my "things I like" list. I'm getting 2-3 relics per offer. The offer atm has 2 relics, 1 wood, 1 fruit, 2 potions...0 medals.. Any chance you can make Sam/Adele/Smoothie medals available in some levels? Like perhaps Claws, Monkis or Doge? Or Mansoole?
I can confirm that the occurrence of relics on the market (Mr.Wing) are pretty high. From a small data I collected; 6 out of 7 offers are relics related. I felt the chance of medals (smoothie,adele,rare medals etc) offering are relatively low compared to prior update except luna, rufus, king medals etc whose rate are still the same.
why is there such a long wait for the weekly event and arena to refresh? why cant it just be instant like the daily and crusade? kinda annoying when youre trying to grind out material that can only be gained from arena but you have to wait.
The arena was quite "stressful" this week. I was trying to crack the top 30 but ended up 31st or 32nd cuz I lost 2 matches that woulda gotten me an extra 400-500 points. Really wanted that extra arena stone. But good news is I earned this much from level 8 of Skeletus
fusion? is fusion only possible on modules that require arena stones or are all 4+ star modules capable of fusion?
OK so 2 things. 1. This game crashes about 3x more since the update. It was fine before the update but now it crashes pretty frequently (after watching an ad or sometimes after about 3-5 battles. I'm running the game on an older ipad but like i said, it was running fine before the update. 2. I had just entered into the first battle of the crusade when the game crashed...again. When I tried to go back into the crusade, it told me to wait another 17hrs...so it locked me out of the crusade and I didn't even get to finish any battles. So now it is 2 out of 4 days since the update that I've been locked out of the crusade. Not sure if that's a bug or an intended design but yea...it's frustrating regardless. Hope these problems will be fixed very soon
