Hero idea A hero that doubles the drops that happen randomly while fighting would be interesting and make it possible to use abilities more often
Let's just say, more evolutions of boat parts (7-8 star?) but less coins/resources to evolve each part. Then you'd still end up with the same max health/attack as the 4 star parts you currently have now. If you still don't get what I mean, don't worry about it. It's not the greatest idea
I FINALLY realized that a character or weapon's "attack" value is the damage it does in 10 seconds. Was confused for the longest time...
I think this idea would be really cool for unlocking the towns that u can own shops on. Like you have to defeat a fort to unlock them or something. I forgot to quote the original but it said you could have ship to land battles so u fight a fort from you're boat

Anyone else's game time travel a day into the future? Today was supposed to be a Rolexo medals day for me, but instead I skipped forward a day to get the first reward (1000 coins)... Weird! Also experiencing a bug when trying to invite friends to my tavern. None of my GC friends are shown anymore and it wants me to invite Facebook friends! This has happened before and sometimes the GC friend list shows up, but this has been over a day this time. Kind of annoying.
good strategies does anyone have any good strategies or builds i can use to beat all 8 levels of the special events? i cant seem to get passed level 4. please help
I'm really impressed that some people have said they have 8 boats, all ranging from 2500-3000. I feel like i play the game often and i still only have 3 boats! (although i guess mine are all 3300-3800). None of my boats are full power yet so I cant justify spending my hard earned coins on another boat, but im guessing people do it for the crusade. The grind is still tough, but I do appreciate the new updates, like the dice game and the better skeleton loot. Looking forward to more updates!! Hopefully more stalls or more frequent skeleton events. I've never really invested in a healer but i'm considering it now. I noticed that there are a few different healers in the game, anyone have opinions on which one is the best?
Navarre Chest @ 27th March 2016 GMT+8 I was happy the Navarre Chest has finally been released today. However, to my dismay, I bought 2x Navarre Chest and I got Galleon Cannon for the first chest. Thinking probably it's bug on just the weapons so I try to purchase the 2nd Navarre Chest and I got a Scud medal !! ='/ Please fix this and I demand a refund as well.... This is not as per advertised ! Does this happen to anyone ?
Didn't happen to me today, sorry.. 3 boats at 3300-3800 is pretty good too. Pretty useful for daily events if you have 1 of each. The 2 healers I use are Noko, whose Heal All ability I find pretty useful when my crossbows are down, and Charlotte, who has the Hull and nose shield ability to protect your ship. Unfortunately, Amelia has fallen out of favour for me. If I ever use her to heal my ship, it wastes precious "fuel" I could have spent on other more useful attacking or defensive abilities. What level are your boats? Tbh all I did was keep upgrading my boats. It helps to have 1 strong boat of each type so you can pick on their weaknesses.
Heals are on a very long cooldown as passive skills. I find defensive skills much better than heals. It's been a month since I stopped playing, but there's a hero that puts a defensive skill on the guns. If your guns are front mounted the defense can stop a lot of things and will prevent more damage over time than a heal will. Your guns also aren't on cool down from being destroyed so can do more damage as well. There was also a hero that periodically blocks a projectile, but IIRC she was an event hero. There was also a hero that increased the time that it took to repair cannons. I think even that was better than relying on a heal. As far as multiple boats go, there are events that allow you to use up to 3 boats of a type in one fight, it worked like the crusade. However I'm not 100% convinced that having multiple ships was good because if your main ship was at the start, any ship that transferred in was going to get beat pretty fast because the boss would have had their rotation set up while your ship coming in was still on a 5? second delay. Switching it around wasn't any better since your best ship would come into at least one salvo of attacks before it could do anything.
I agree, i use rolexo and hes good for blocking attacks and buying time. but, i started considering healers because of a few bosses/levels where he's not so useful. some bosses/enemies have an attack where they physically attack you without projectiles (like the current okto event) or they have some sort of drain/thunder power (like the skeletons). Since rolexo can't really block these, i thought it'd be a good idea to get a healer. I might try noko/charlotte, they do seem pretty good, but a really common healer i see is the monkey, is he even better? i havent been able to get him yet.
ive just started recently, ive got 4 boats 1 navarre,2 pirate and 1 dandolo. All of them are 2000-2600. I was going to focus on 1 primary boat but it just got so expensive and required ridiculous amount black stones so i just started other ships. with the new okto event i cant get past level 5 so im just kinda stuck grinding for materials to boost my navarre ship. Has anyone else had any luck inviting their friends to get the extra flooz? i cant seem to get it to work..which sucks coz i cant get pearls or flooz for chests.
All these guys you mentioned are great. I try to use at least one defensive specialist on each boat. Rolexo (Slow Motion), Wulf (sabotage), Noko (heal all), Andy (stronger weapons), Charlotte (Hull & nose shield), and I pair Furioso (Tornado) & Wheep (Deflect Projectile) together to protect the front weapon on my Dandolo Frigate. Ash (Dark Strike) is pretty good defensively too and he adds a tad bit of offense. You probably won't be beating the level 8 of the daily events until you level up a LOT more...probably to over 3500? I still can't beat level 8 of Blackbeard with my level 3500 Dandolo or 4000 Pirate because his cannons do so much damage compared to mine and his hull has tons of HP. Maybe someone with better strategies can beat him with less I was able to invite 3 friends successfully. You have to send them an invite through imessage or email. Then they have to click on that link to download the game and then install it..maybe even open up the app once?
you have boats that are 3500-4000 thats crazy. what set up are you using? also can anyone tell me how useful the dandolo machine guns are? i got one out of the chest and dont find it all that useful. is it worth upgrading or not.
I connect with facebook and tried to sent invites with Fb, but all of my friends didn't receive any notification. Is the Fb invite working? Thanks
My Game Center friends don't show up in game anymore?! When I go to invite people to my tavern its empty! Makes the tavern pretty useless as a source of revenue! Their ships also don't show up for repair on my map so I can't get pearls either! Looking for a fix!
It should be working. Did you send it with the share button (email, message,facebook) or the facebook button?
