What app did you initially download from the AppStore? Paid or free? You need to restore the table with the same app. It can conflict if you use a different app.

You can either find your original billing statement and contact apple through the link in the bill or you could try contacting Farsight([email protected]) and see if they can fix things from their end.

Any ideas when the "buy all of season 3" IAP option will be added?
Or they only doing single purchases this time?

This is what FS had to say:

"Most of you are aware that Apple has denied us the ability to sell the Season Pass subscription before the Season has fully been released. We have come to the the decision that we will be removing the Season Three Pass from all platforms to preserve consistency of purchasing options. Nothing will change for those that already purchased the Season Three Pass, you will be entitled to the tables just as you were before."

    Thanks for the info Gov!
Darn, I should have just bought it when it first came out coz it was an option in the first table I think but I thought "hmm £27 for one table, I'll wait..." Doh!

Just thinking about this more now and it made me quite angry actually lol.
What gives Apple the right to dictate a business model to any developer all of a sudden!?

If I am happy to pay upfront who are Apple to say that isn't allowed?

For fact this will stop me spending quite so much on the app in total as I will only buy tables I really really like one-by-one now rather than all of them at the end, so FS will be losing money overall I think.

And if it was ok for previous seasons I wonder what happened?

Quite ridiculous really. I'm sure they fought their corner but would be good to know what changed to not allow this way of selling any more especially AFTER they already released the app with that payment option, so it must have been killed in the next update by Apple which is even more unusual for them to look that closely.

This, and as far as I can tell this seems to be an inconsistent practice on Apple's part as well. For example, Lone Wolf allows you to buy a season pass to pre-purchase unreleased future chapters at a discount - I don't see how this is any different from Pinball Arcade's season passes.

Yes exactly - and other episodic games by Tell Tale. "It's not what you know, it's who" I guess!

By the way, I was a sucker and bought all of season 3 individually in the end anyway :D

Thanks for the notification psj ;)

Junk Yard is awesome actually! Kind of traditional only having 2 flippers, but lots going on up top. Sharp graphics too (they are improving the clarity with every release IMO)

Still they keep releasing medicore tables. Not much discussion here anymore.
These guys from farsight are only business guys. No real pinball experts. A shame, that tables like eight ball deluxe or paragon still not released.

A lot of issues are due to the licensing issues with various tables. From not only the table but also who has the license for the music etc and then you have to chase down the copyright holders and over the last 10-20 years that's changed hands many times.

Of course they want the big name tables but again there's issues. Look at the kickstarter they had to do for terminator or twilight zone

Yeah the last couple of tables aren't the best well known ones but I'm still loving the app. 42 tables I think it is now. Very impressive.

The folks over at PAF forum are all complaining about a serious bugs with the latest version of TPA and the JY DLC being INVISIBLE! Think I will wait for a fix.

Yes 40 tables, but only 10 good ones. The others are absolutely average boring tables, like the latest one. The problem is, that the guys from farsight are to young. They dont know, that gameplay ist the main thing. Still waiting for Eight Ball Deluxe and Paragon.

Wow, didn't realise in the newsletter they're launching a kickstarter to fund The Addams Family pinball.
