Indeed. Which do you prefer? I feel a little unfaithful or something since finding i prefer playing my ipad more than the real deal. Could be the .50 plays, I guess. Really makes these tables seem like a bargain.

This motivated me to update my iTunes review. I was surprised by all the negative reviews. This kills the competition, imo.

Not impressed that much with T2 to buy it unfortunately, table is bland and too linear for me and Arnold voices aren't best thing about it either ; Thinking about buying new Pinball 101 video , even though most of those advices are meant for real, not digital tables.
Of course Pinball Arcade is best real pinball simulator on iOS, they don't have any other competition.I wouldn't say best pinball simulator ever , but anyway nothing can be compared to effort of licensing real tables and bringing them all to digital format.I have whole season 1 and two table packs from season 2, with Medievil Madness and Cactus Canyon being my favourite tables.
Everyone remotely interested in digital pinball should also search for Pro Pinball on Kickstarter, they will be succesfully funded soon with lot of time to spare for additional funding and have pixel perfect support for retina screens alongside with impressive dynamic lightning engine like real tables.

In the PA newsletter. They gave a hint for table pack 18. Here is a pic: [IMG]

Do you know what it could be from? Adams Family perhaps?

That is no doubt Elvira in picture, pinball arcade has already got 2 tables with her in season 1.Quick look at PA forums and they say next tables will be Haunted House and Teed Off.
The Addams Family cannot come without big Kickstarter to cover license, as already stated multiple times.

haunted house and teed off are the next tables. and still the next two boring ones, I will not buy.
As I already mentioned, there are so many really intresting tables, that are still not released: Eight ball deluxe, Paragon, Cyclone, Xenon, High speed 2,Lost world, jet spin.
Still they are releasing average tables instead of the really god ones.

Nice wallpaper! And good site :) BTW... Arny doesn't say "Get Out" he says "Get Down" remember the part in the movie when he tell John to "get down" when he is confronted by the T-1000 in the Arcadia corridor? With the Rose in his hand :)

Well everyones got different opinions. Plus some of the 'good' ones might be more difficult to license etc. I'm loving this app, 2 new tables coming later this month

I still haven't bought the whole set of season 1 & 2. I'm not a major pinball fan, but I will probably buy all when the seasons are complete, or we see a special discount of half price in the near future.

I must admit i was never a huge pinball fan, theres some great pinball apps out there but i love this as theyre all 'real' machines. Went to a retro show last year (This years is next month) and it was great to see many of the tables from this app. Made me appreciate much more the versions we have.

    Its a great collection though

They've basically emulated real tables in digital form 100% I find that incredible. Even obtaining licensing makes this app special. It kind of reminds me of an emulator :)

Anyone notice display issues with iOS 7? My clock, battery, and cellular signal indicator are persistently "ghosted" at the top of the screen - gets pretty distracting as it interferes with the DMD display.

A sweet app indeed. Might as well delete Zen and pinball collection HD

Doh! I swear I spotted a really sloppy error in Tee'd Off, but to my surprise, it is an intentional feature!

The Gopher Wheel lit letters DO NOT reset between games! So until the player actually restarts Pinball Arcade at some later point, the previous lit Gopher lights will stay as you left them.

Oh, something that IS off on Tee'd Off, however, the letter scrolling buttons for putting in one's initials are VERY unresponsive and I rarely can get my GEK in before the 30 second buzzer kicks me out of the screen.

I'm seeing the same issue on my 4S. I also am having some performance issues where the flippers are delayed occasionally. I suspect the issues are related as the game is not expecting to be rendering the top bar while in-game.

I'll have a 5S pretty soon, so hopefully the performance issue goes away... but the other one will probably require a PA patch.

Tee'd Off is fantastic! I have all the tables from both seasons, and have been a big fan since day one. The two tables that I have become almost obsessed with are Centaur and now Tee'd Off. What I love about the Pinball Arcade app is how challenging it is to get good at playing pinball. Zen Pinball, despite its fancy graphics and comic-book themes, is simply too easy a pinball game. None of the Zen tables are near as challenging as any of the PA tables in terms of just keeping the ball from draining. I've found it really rewarding to see my general pinball skill improve and be able to go back to tables and easily beat my high score from a few months ago. As for the table releases, there was a series of polls on the Pinball Arcade Fans forum asking what tables members would most like to see in upcoming releases. Though not an official Far Sight poll, the member who put the polls together assured the membership that FarSight would take the results seriously. You can see the results at the Pinball Arcade Fans forum. Many of the tables you mention were in the polls and highly ranked, if I remember. Hopefully we'll be seeing some of them soon. Haunted House was in the polls and did very well.

Zen often has very boring gameplay, just too much going up ramps with not much payoff to going up those ramps, or at least my excitement tends to stay at a very low level throughout.

Pinball Arcade is great, just a collection of great tables that have stood the test of time.

Just got an Ipad also, tables have never looked or felt better :) It seems like, at some point, they lowered the graphical level on my Iphone 4.
