Very strange. Has Table pack 5 rejected 2times? Or have they never submitted Pack 5 a second time? So we were waiting for the release at mid september, but farsight knew it would never happen, but didn't tell us?
Bad news. The next update should be avaiable in early october. No table in august and september, things getting worse with this strange company.
According to Pinball Arcade's official forums (www.pinballarcadefans), the update was submitted last wednesday. So likely friday/monday release. And the update includes four tables: taxi, harley davidson, no good gofers, and the first elvira table.
The new update will only allow me to download Harley table, the others keep saying I need the Internet. Also the green owned label has disappeared. HELP!!!
Updated but it won't let me restore or make purchases. Said I must be connected to the internet and I am.
I just bought this a few minutes ago and can't play. SO bummed. Says I need Internet, ummm. I just downloaded it so I think I'm set there. :/
Farsight know about the issue and are trying to resolve it. Hopefully you can start lining your coins up on the table and we'll be playing them soon
I've learned my lesson with Farsight and always check here before downloading a Pinball Arcade update....
what the... last update was rejected several time (while robot-version was doing fine) and now this mess? pretty embarrassing hope this is getting fixed soon... can't wait for no good gofers & elvira
Apparently the problem is some disconnect between Apple's servers, which handle the payment, and Farsight's servers, which serve up the content downloads. Guess it didn't show up in testing or there's no way the update would have gone through.
