Focusing on more important issues..... The recent update made all the tables work absolutely flawless on my ipod 3g, including, finally, ripley's believe it or not. Kinda sad the new tables arent here yet, but the performance boost really encouraged me to play some more. I always wanted to play some ripleys, but my ipod just made it really difficult. Pains no more!!! Works flawless!
I need to second this. All tables are now playing at a constant smooth rate on my iPad 1G, even during multiball!

Anyone noticed Ripley dropped to 2.99? I think about purchasing, now that it works well on the older devices. I dont like the table to much, but it might help me to spend my time until Medieval Madness and Bride of Pinbot are out.
Well according to their FB page, the OS X version is in a similar situation but will be updated with the fancy lighting from the console versions after they are done with the console versions. Which means that there's a good chance the lighting could be then back ported to the iOS version...
Holy crap. I just activated Frog Frenzy mode in Ripley's. Just when I thought that table couldn't be any more awesome. Wish I could check leader boards without a FB account. I'd just like to see how my scores stack up.
Dammit, you got me all excited! I play this game so much that the "Theater of Magic" sounds are in my head all day long.
From the dev: "Each month regular updates will add classics like blah, blah, blah"! What a bunch of hooey, huh?
I'm sure this was not an intentional mistruth, just the reality of supporting a million systems slowed this dream down. Hopefully once all systems are out of the gate the support will be more consistent and smooth running.
I'm sure they already submitted the new update but maybe in Apple side they delay the release. BUT, I'm wondering that the azkend 2 & Death Rally ---- this two big games got very fast updated!...twice the update between 3-5 days...they get lucky on that .
I agree, and I realize what you're saying, but considering they supposedly beta tested this to a good extent, there's still lots of bugs to iron out before they even consider putting out the new tables still. Can't help but be disappointed with it. Just am....
Did he/she refered to the previous update? . I'm still refresh the itunes in order to see the update...look strange to me.
