Subscribe to the TouchArcade YouTube channel Pretty decent but still a bit rough around the corner. Overall it did run very stable through the hole time while I was playing and this isn`t something you can count on nowadays. I kinda would have liked to see (as always) a Story Mode that would have gone a bit deeper then just Kill X Planes or Survive for Y Minutes but that would be probably to much to ask for seeing how small this Game is if it comes to it`s Filesize. Till we will see a Mobile Port of Luftrausers this small Game will probably stay on my iDevice till I run out of Space.
I bought about $10 worth of IAP for my planes and it goes into a damn ad video I cannot get out of during a campaign! By the 7th mission, two video ads have come up without a way to escape. Man this sucks! I'm not happy right now and would give this a one star rating, but maybe I missed something? I am waiting to rate this until I get an answer. Also, exiting the game and coming back the sound and music no longer work unless I reboot my iPad Air 2. Not good... Also again, now I am finding that in campaign mode, I do almost nothing and I win every level!? Edit: Nothing heard so I gave it the rating it deserves.
Can't believe the comments on this game. I played it and it's nothing to rave on about. It doesn't come close to Luftrausers. Yeh it's free and has some similarities. Sorry guys but..meh..I deleted this after a few play throughs..maybe 3 stars not 5 that's ridiculous
I wish I would have been as smart as you. I never pay for IAP until I have played a while but after seeing raves about it, I broke down. Now I am very sorry, so far this game is not making me happy.
I got two video ads by the 7th mission in campaign mode, after giving you $10 too! I never pressed anything and the ads came up.
I haven't played much yet, but I am tremendously unimpressed. Really, the only problem with Luftrausers was a lack of variety (more weapons, more enemies, different types of levels) as the core gameplay was fantastic. This game seems to lack that strong core. And yes, when you start and your puny ship gets decimated effortlessly over and over and you start to see the ships you can buy to avoid instant death that does leave a bad taste in one's mouth.
This game is great. 5 stars. The campaign is my favorite part about the game. Once some of the dailies are fixed it will be perfect. The dailies aren't broken by any means they just add extra to a great game. Really like the rpg elements. Buying and upgrading planes
I've put a few hours into luftrausers and loved it, can't really say the same here.. Looks very similar (almost identical really) but the game mechanics are completely different..
Devs, You need to take a look at the ad network. I quickly went through the ads yesterday right after I started playing. It's been almost 24 hours and there's still no more ads. This is not normal. There weren't many ads to view to begin with. Your losing out on revenue. Also I'd like to see an actual damage gauge on the screen besides the screen edges turning bloody. It would also be nice to have the fighters have some sort of secondary weapon like a homing missile that could be purchased and upgraded. This secondary weapon would also automatically fire. Billy

Jayg is a well respected and active member of this forum and community. He's an honest person. You on the other hand I know nothing about except seeing this post. All because you are dissatisfied with your purchases in a game that's free to play and you had every opportunity to play said game over and over before making those purchases. There's no need to pick on someone because they like a game that you don't. We discuss games here, not each other. Hey Jay I guess I'm a fanboy too! Here's fanboy part III ! I was lucky to get an early code & it's a really cool game! Thanks to the devs! Bought the first plane asap, unlocking the others and still upgrading them. So if you're into dogfight action or like action games with planes, this could be your game! I played the game before the problems arose, it was after my purchases and a bit of time the problems arose. I am wrong for my accusations though and when I woke up this morning I realized I had accused somebody possibly wrong. So I came in here to delete my post and low and behold, I got hammered. I deserve it, and I am sorry.
Your issues have to be a bug. Devs any input on his issues? Have you made it to level 15? I have that last fighter fully upgraded and I'm getting my ass handed to me. I simply cannot beat it. Over and over. I'm working on upgrading the middle fighter. It seems to turn a lot better. But I'm a ways away from finishing it. Billy
I stopped playing the game at level 7 in campaign mode. I have played it a lot in the Endless mode. Just now I went into it from a clean boot up (iPad Air 2) and the GameCenter window popped up and when I closed it the dialog stayed there with nothing in it. Just a big white square. I tell you, I find game ending bugs every time I try to play. Maybe a reinstall? It's not like a PC, just an iPad like all others.
