I'm looking for some very active photoshop/graphics design forums, since I'm doing some human character portraits and need all the help I can get on brush techniques/filters/etc. "All Graphics" forum is closed to registration, and I've had some bad experiences with lots of a-holes throwing me racist remarks in my help thread when I mentioned I was Asian at "GDF" forum, so I don't plan on requesting help there again. I'm in a photoshop class right now so if we learn anything significant I'll let you know. I don't really know what you mean by filters but using a slectio tool along with color balance or hue/saturation works well for adding color
