      I use Layers and Photogene/Photoshop. I can crop the picture to what I want to touch up and then layer it back into the original photo

      Definitely Camera+. Too bad it's no longer on the app store. I was lucky enough to grab it. :)

      Camera+ doesn't alter anything until the photo is taken.
