I think it's pretty funny that the app went through in the first place. Thoughts on this? Of course, Apple is a private company and the first amendment only applies to public spaces and government representatives, but it is still concerning that they'd pull it.

I am as surprised that it went threw as the developer is.

He could consider Cydia store and Android Market just for the hell of it.

The only real question, I think, is this: did anyone here actually get it? ;)

Game was bullshit anyway. Both Apple and Intel are part of the Conflict Free Smelters program and the number of suicides at Foxconn is actually lower then the national average. They removed it because it was slanderous.

It should also be noted that Apple boasts an excellent recycling program. If other countries want to mine our garbage for resources that's their business.

  6. Apple don't pay attention to what they're approving, that's why. I saw a straight-up Canabalt copy land on the App Store earlier which should not have been there.

They're releasing the game on Android though, should you guys be curious.

I like the game; they're bringing attention to issues which matter. The same issues happen in other industries too, but Apple have enough money to know better, really. You can read more about the game at www.phonestory.org

I'm not surprised it went through mainly because I don't think apple actually check things out. There way to many cases of updates failing to load and similar problems to actually believe apple checks them each time.

There is just no other way the app store would be so full of scam type apps.
