El, I recently got an iPhone 4S and when I switched Phoenix over, I somehow lost all the other ships. Is there any way to get them back without having to buy them over again? I am confused as to why this happened, too. Thanks
Just "buy" them again. As long as you are logged into the same iTunes account you originally used to purchase the ships, they will be unlocked again for free. This is the way it works with iOS DLC in general, except for consumable purchases, though some apps have a slightly more user-friendly restore purchases button.
Thanks Royce. I kinda figured this, but was afraid to click 'Buy' in that it would actually buy them again. Apple is often self-explanatory after the fact.
The 4S (as well as iPad2) is capable of running Phoenix HD on native/retina resolution, so it looks sharper.
iCade support inc. As this thread has been kicked up again with a rather dubious post *cough*, I will try to balance it out with some new info We are working on a small patch, which we aim to release somewhere next month (no promises etc etc). It will contain small tweaks and additions mostly, so no new player ship. One of these additions is working out pretty cool though, which is iCade support. Great stuff ! Didnt think you were going to add iCade support, so glad you have, instant purchase for me now !
iCade support would be awesome! Thank you for adding it! I wanted to play Phoenix with the iCade, and think it will work well with the iCade.
I just got this game last week and dropped some IAP. I wish it woudnt be an endless runner type since points alone dont make a game for me. In any case, the game is fun and so beautiful.
I expect Phoenix 2 to come out the same day as iPad 3. Native res, much smaller ship, smaller bullets, big enemy ships.
Details on Phoenix HD 1.1.1 Right! The new content update will be submitted today and released whenever it's approved Of course, you won't find these details anywhere else yet. (classic Phoenix will receive the same update, known as 1.3.1)
woohoo! this is sweet by the way, i reformatted my iPad 2.. to get my IAPs back, I just "buy" them again right?
