>Does it have more mode and less blur? That I can answer without being biased Yes there are more modes, and the blur can be de-activated. I could make the glow's intensity modifiable.
Got PewPew 2 last night finally (kept remembering and forgetting for months), and wow, gotta say, favorite new DSS on the iOS. Brilliant game that surely deserved/deserves much more attention than it's gotten. Everything about it is just plain awesome. 7 game modes, perfect controls, GameCenter, intense gameplay, killer soundtrack? 5/5.
Better than M. Bug Panic , AoZ , Spaceminer huh ? edit : nevermind , getting this one too Just watched a video of a review because you said it's good and I really like how intense it can get . Since it's 2.99 , it's gonna have to compete with AoZ since I don't have that either . Could I get both ? xD Dad'll slaughter me ! Gonna get Snuggletruck and Archetype too . I wonder if I can get itunes cards instead of using my dad's credit card .
It definately is up there. There is only one other dss that could possibly top this(that has a similar theme) and that isn't even out on iphone yet.
I'd get it over AoZ. It's a hard choice between Bug Panic though. Space Miner isn't a DSS, lol. But yeah, it's freaking fun stuff. Definitely deserves more attention.
Alright , I'm getting this based on your recommendation . I should have this game in my signature as well . Spaceminer is a ... dual stick adventure game ?
How is it dual-stick...you control the direction with one analog, it doesn't even move it, and then you have to tap the thrust to move forward, which is a button. Also, the attack button isn't a analog, and only shoots in the direction the ship is facing. Lol..it's a great game though.
Oh right >.> Whoops . I always considered the attack button to be another stick rather than a button lol .
this thread simply died . Here's me helping to resurrect a dead thread of an awesome game that I think everyone should have . ipad wise , I don't know how this goes up against infinity field .
iPad wise, I've never really been able to play it due to the need for at least 4 inch long thumbs to be able to do so comfortably. Great game, yes, but badly in need of user defined placing/size of controls on the iPad.
@Neji , I agree with your sig @Gabrien , Would you like to compare the iphone version of Pewpew 2 against the ipad Infinity Field for me ? Pretty please Yes I know the screen difference is going to make a pretty big difference when it comes down to relentless gameplay but in other aspects like responsiveness of controls / different game modes etc, like how would they compare ?
Infinity Field is prettier and more polished. PewPew has better music. Aside from that I'd say it's pretty even. Possibly IF leans more towards flash while PP more towards substance, but only just. You can't go wrong with either though if you like dual stick shooters, and if you like dual stick shooters you want both. Just pick one now and put the other on your wish list. Or, ask yourself whether you want to play on your iPhone or iPad more and your decision will be made for you.
^ Thanks for your input I don't have an ipad But I'm seriously considering on getting one . Like you said , I will eventually get both . I'll just get PP now and IF if I happen to get an ipad . Thanks again edit : I do wanna know if there are varied types of bullets rather than just that double stream of bullets that I see in a lot of PP videos .
