Well, you will find the late D and E stages very challenging, but after a few tries I am quite certain you can beat the game. The soldiers, even though some are unkillable, are not your biggest problem... Same here, love the old icon.
Got this from Twitter, treat yourself the Perfect Cell soundtrack full album for free here: http://mobigame.net/perfect_cell/iphone/soundtrack
Amazing game, I'm blown away by their choice of graphic style. I love the 2D playing field with all the stuff going on in the background. A brilliant game! This is one where I do feel it's worth $5. I hope they add more levels to it though.
Exactly my feeling, Gemütlichkeit. After having read this whole thread, I wasn't really sure if this would be my kind of game, even though it got me hooked ever since I first read about it. Nevertheless, after downloading the lite version a buy decision was a no brainer! Thank you Mobigame for having created such a fantastic game. Just from playing the first couple levels I could tell that this game stands apart as something special: "A wonderful concept, beautifully executed"! I'm looking forward to hours of plain fun. Wishing you ongoing success...
imo this game is one of the best iphone games i´ve ever played ( and as i play iphone apps til the first app store day there where a lot of games ) i really love the last level
Seeing how it's as well received as edge , I'd say yes . I usually buy the most valued for money game in terms of the hours of entertainment it can bring me . I'm not sure how long this game lasts but if you can spend 8 bucks (that's how much it costs here) to watch a movie for 2 hours , you can certainly get more out from spending that money on this game instead . I'm fine with the price of all games in general but then there are those exclusively 0.99 cent games that give tonnes of replay value , those are better IMO .
yes it is it is definitely worth more than a buck , it has a very innovative gameplay and after beating all levels ,which took me about 3-4 hours you can still try to finish every level without killing a guard which is pretty fun currently i´m doing my 3. playthrough

Oh good luck, Twitter only and you have people refreshing the page sitting there waiting. Sorry but I don't have time to do that, especially with almost 2000 followers, lol. Thanks anyway, but at those odds, I'll pass.
Well, I could say that is unfortunate since I paid $4.99, however the game is awesome and well deserved of my money!! I have almost finished my second play through going no kill, which I think might even be more fun! It is also a high compliment that I have played this twice, as I rarely play games more than once. Just buy it!!
Once again I really love this game, the last few levels are awesome all on their own! I'm actually sorry that I complained about the $5 price for a while, as it was totally worth it! The controls, graphics, sounds, and level design make this an easy AAA title. I hope that eventually the story is continued either in a sequel or IAP. I don't mind free, but I am actually willing to pay for this. I would love to have some ocean levels and maybe having to infiltrate another base to rescue more cells. I'm still a little unsure what side the soldiers are on? I wish there were more upgrades as well. That is about the only downside I think. For instance, there could be a timed cloak while moving ability Also, if anyone has a level suggestion for getting the 4 and 5 kill achievement with one dash that would be great. There were a few spots that seemed good, but I'm not sure if I could get 5 soldiers together.
I agree, the controls are great. I love games that take full advantage of the touchscreen. I'll be buying the full version on Wed
