Why does a medal sometimes appear on my "score" screen for a level, even if a level belongs to the star mode without a target move count? Edit: Typo. "medal" not "metal".
Personally I hate timers. Especially when I am enjoying a nice relaxing puzzler. Thanks for mentioning y2kmp3. I'll have to take that into consideration.
TurboWheels, Here is a level for which I was able to discover a solution that is better than the "supposedly optimal" solution hinted by the game: The level is Spoiler Stage E Level 16 . PS: TurboWheels, my apology. Typo. I meant "medal" not "metal".
Thank you for the code, must say this is one cute puzzler, lol. Create a path with minimal amount of moves, simple, but later stages do make you think. The presentation is solid and well done, didn't think I would have really enjoyed it with the cuteness and all, but really enjoying my time with this one. Many have left impressions and I must agree, not really anything new to add, but for the price of admission, totally worth it, plus the dev is regularly commenting and listening to suggestions, total love for that. Thank you again for the code and I must say, AWESOME JOB!
Thanks, TurboWheels. Can you tell me about the "medal" badge that I sometimes got at the scoring screen? I can't figure out how I triggered it.
I am worried that my previous comment was being interpreted as a non-recommendation. Though I dislike timed puzzles, I recognize the developer's decision to include this mode to diverse the gameplay. So far, the timed levels I encountered were reasonably straightforward, so the added constraint of the timer had not been so great to impede gameplay. I just want to make this clear so that interested players would not prematurely turn away from this game because of this added mode. Perhaps a switch for a "zen mode" to disable the timer would help to address concerns from both sides of the camp.
Dear y2kmp3, don't worry if Roleki won't buy that's his choice and it's ok. Actually, a "zen mode" is a good idea be sure it will be considered. By the way, answering your question, you get the medal when you improve your last best moves. We really appreciate all your feedback.
Feedback Guys, In past days we have giveaway about 30 promo codes but only few of you have shared a feedback in this forum. Any feedback, critics, bad or good comments are very welcome, thanks to you we can constantly improve the game. Hope to hear from you...
Update #1 [20-Feb-2017]: 3rd underpar solution: Spoiler Stage K Level 10 10 moves vs. 12 moves. Update #2 [21-Feb-2017]: 4th underpar solution: Spoiler Stage M Level 8 6 moves vs. 9 moves. TurboWheels, Found a solution to another level that is more efficient than the stock solution hinted by the game (8 moves versus 11 moves): The level is Spoiler Stage K Level 9 . This one is unusual for a couple of reasons. First, this is a star mode level, so the stock solution is only visible if a hint is used. In general, I don't check my solution against the stock solution in star mode. But I suspected that I might have stumbled upon an unintended solution for this level because of the unusual moves I made when solving that level, so I took a hint to check the solution. Second, the difference in the number of moves between my solution and the stock solution is an ODD number (3 moves). The odd, rather than even, difference is important because it means that these solutions cannot be so-called derivative solutions of each other (a derivative solution is one that can be reduced to a more efficient solution by an even number of moves; derivative solutions are commonly seen in sliding tile puzzles when the player moves a tile back and forth over some sequence of a solution path when in fact the moves are unnecessary). Let me know if you can reproduce it. If not, I can email you the actual solution.
Thank you TurboWheels for the code! I knew I would love this game the minute I saw the screenshots. The bright, beautiful graphics really make this game special with over 400 levels, it will be sure to keep anyone busy for quite awhile. I know this game will be perfect for my niece, with the puzzles being easy enough for a child to solve in the beginning, but eventually ramping up to be a pretty challenging puzzle game. Puzzle games have been a recent vice of mine, considering for a long time I would never play or complete them because of impatience. But now i appreciate the time and effort required to solve some of these games, and it really has opened up a whole new door of gaming that I didn't realize I enjoyed. This game caters to all those needs and more, and I am very thankful for the code. Best of luck in your launch sales, you really have made a quality game!
Wow, you really are a MASTER. Thank you very much for the feedback, we'll review in detail each one of the levels and in case any doubt arise we'll get back to you.
All levels Hey guys, We already have 5 players from the Game Center that have completed all levels, has anyone from this forum finished?
Hi TurboWheels, I was lucky enough to grab LENP6M4WMEFP from the Promo Codes and Contests section. It was very kind of you to offer us these promo codes, thank you. I have only had a chance to play as far as Stage A-11 so far, but Pepeline is very fun, family friendly puzzle game. The game has a very colorful and attractive art style with cute characters. I can't believe people have already completed the more than 400 levels, WOW! Strange that my 6th gen iPod touch does not support shadows, oh well, it does not affect the game play. On a side note, I purchased Turbo Wheels two years ago, and we still play it today, another great game.
Price Drops Hey community, Only for today the price drops to $0.99. Just a symbolic price that you can buy this amazing game, so hurry up since there are a few hours left.
Thinking of getting this for the graphics and amount of levels. To bad I am waiting for my gift card to come tomorrow! Looks interesting...
I would be in favor of a zen mode and sometimes we just want to have fun and am disappointed to hear some levels might be timed.
Thanks for the promo code! Play a little bit, a cute and funny game. Would be more interesting if there are some story between Pepe and Line. Re-post from promo code section
