    Hello everyone.
I'm glad to say that today in the morning our brand new game - Penetrator has been finally approved by Apple and now you can download it in the App Store.

You have a space ship. A space ship enclosed inside a large artificial asteroid. You have to penetrate three insanely long and thrilling tunnels filled with obstacles and power-ups to accomplish your mission and archive freedom.

Only most concentrated survive. Can you?

Penetrator is a next-generation copter-like game, where you can control the ship by holding a finger on the screen to fly up and releasing a finger to fall down.

    PENETRATOR FEATURES:

    *
    Three Environments With Different Physics

There are industrial, lava-damaged and water-filled levels. You will be surprised by how hard flying in low gravity field could be.
    *
    Seven Exciting Bonuses

Both helpful and dangerous. There is even warp hole, that makes your ship fall in space continuum.
    *
    Unlimited Re-Playability

All tunnels are random generated. You will never fly the same level twice and maybe one day you will get a level without the walls at all!
    *
    Dynamically Processed Sound Effects

Listen how your ship's engine spinning up.
    *
    Amazing Graphics and Particle Effects

    Screenshots speak for themselves.

The price is USD $0.99 the lowest price point at the App Store but for only one week. Later the price will be increased.

P.S. Due to the numerous amount of comments concerning the name (Penetrator) we must say that this is unfortunately not an adult game.
    Have fun!

Sorry, it seems that Apple is placing it in appstore right now.
Let's hope it will appear in 1-2 hours.

    Check it a bit later.

i was really hoping to brush up on my penetrating skills with a simulator, but I guess this isn't the game to do that with. :(

Well I grabbed it and have only had a quick go - but in 8 attempts I've not lasted more than 5 seconds! Definitely not an easy game! The small part of the first level I've seen so far looks good though ;-)

Looks like a avoid hitting anything before reaching the goal -- I guess I may pass.

Looks like a copter "re-imagining". Hmmm.

I'm having good fun with it so far but, yes, it is BRUTAL. I think it will just take getting used to the controls (or more precisely, the ONE control).

Also one really needs to familiarize themselves to the various powerups that range from very helpful to almost guaranteed instant death! Also, to the game's credit they quickly describe each powerup as you pick it up in a cute way, "Now your ship is invisible" or "You can pass through barriers for the next four seconds". I even love their various random little quotes when you die:

    "NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO"
    "What a pity"
    "Unexpected explosion!"

To me the most insidious powerup is the "Control Reversal" which when in effect means tapping on the screen brings your ship down and by default it will float up. As this game is all about very carefully maneuvering your ship through narrow passages between one of the barriers and the cave wall, having your control scheme instantly reversed is too much for me to deal with. Another blatantly messed up one is "Death in 5 Seconds". Unless you find one of those "Cancel All Effects" powerups within 5 seconds you'll die.

    My current higscore:
1021 (need to break 1800 to open the second stage)

Using the term loosely, I guess. What is the opposite of a "powerup"? A "powerdown" or "hazard".

The invisibility powerup is also equally useless. LOL. There's like one usefull powerup. This game is hilarious.

Just played it, it's pretty awesome. I'm up to Level 2, finished Level 1 completely until it said "Level Complete" then dropped me off to the 2nd Level.

Try getting the slow-speed powerup and flying low, that's how I got through the first level. Do NOT pick up any other powerups apart from slow + through barriers, they're the only 2 you need so don't take the rest.

Actually I find the ship shrinker darn handy as well.
