iPad Peggle by PopCap (1.5 Peggle Nights IAP and Retina)

I agree, the one star reviews this has received since offering Nights as an IAP are unbelievable. Everything from they were tricked to no retina support. PopCap could have just released Nights as another app and people would have bought it. I mean it is .99 for Peggle Nights, if that is not a deal, i am not sure what is.

Thank you for notifying us of the crashing problem with the newest version of Peggle for iPhone/iPod Touch. We have identified a bug which we are working to resolve and will be releasing an update in the coming days.

Meanwhile, you can resolve this problem by changing a language setting on your device. To do this:

Open Settings - General - International - Language - Change language to "English" (Not British English) - Done

When we release the update, you can restore your setting to the original language if preferred.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by this issue.

I can't buy it...stays at "Loading...Please wait" on the store screen.

 

Is there any way I can buy Peggle Nights while it's $99 not having access to my iPhone? It died on me last week so it's being repaired atm, would be nice to not miss out on the sale.

I just bought Peggle, haven't even had time to play it yet, how necessary do you think it is to buy Nights?

 

Play it first, see if you like it and want more and then buy (or not buy) the DLC.

 

[Flame] I can't believe how greedy the people from the app store is. They complain about dlc when first off, the get 5 free levels, and also Peggie nights is a completely different game. It could have easily been a separate app. Ugggh they irritate me so much.[/flame]

Really, Popcap? Are you seriously going to reduce the price of Peggle Nights to $1? Are you trying to punish the loyal fans who downloaded it last night?

 

Very necessary. Especially as Peggle is usually 2.99 and IAP is usually 2.99. Unless you have an overabunace of money, in which case you can gift me some.

 

Bug is due to not defaulting to certain language formats.
I.e. British English causes game to crash but switching to English resolves the issue.

 

This is awesome, I was debating on whether to get this last night and decided not to, changed my mind today and when I went to buy it it was down to a buck. No crash issues on my 3GS 32g.

 

Hmmm... never bought Peggle for my iPod Touch because I've played through it both on a cell phone and on my PC. But with Nights DLC at $.99, I'm very tempted to buy it just to get Nights. $1.99 for Nights seems like a decent deal by itself.

 

Peggle and Peggle Nights are $10 each on the playstation store, and I prefer playing them on my iphone. So $1 each is a no brainer.

 

Bargain peggle nights for a buck and not had any problems with bugs either bonus

You mean like using an itunes gift card? Yeah, of course.
This game is really a bargain for 0.99$, I'm just sorry I haven't bought it earlier
