anyone cleared any levels to 100%? I am 0/55.. been close a couple times. 16,xxx,xxx on the adventure mode. considering playing back through it for a higher score.
Maybe it got already mentioned somewhere in this thread, but is it worth buying the game if you already own the XBLA-Version? Since its the exact same version, but without background music, which really sucks in my opinion, and since I already played through the whole game, I'm not really sure if it's worth the 4.99$...
great game-i never played the pc or xbl version but i used to be addicted to snood and i have to say this reminds seems to me like a better version of it on my IPOD
Yep! I'm new to Peggle. I got it to check out what all the hype was about and because it looked like a polished game in the videos I've seen. I was enjoying it and had finished the Adventure Mode. I was enjoying it but not loving it. That was until I played a quick game and cleared 100% for Ultra Extreme Fever!! Now I am LOVING it! Clearing 100% is so addictive and feels like a big achievement. I've cleared 8 levels so far. Mostly the easy ones though. It's tricky and I can be disappointed when I take out the last orange peg BEFORE I've cleared all the others. You get an Ultra Extreme Fever hit and every section at the bottom of the screen worth 100,000 points and you also get a blue ribbon. But so far I've had no extra trophies in the trophy cabinet. Just a sense of satisfaction and achievement! I don't know how many more levels I will be able to clear 100%. I found a lot of them hard enough just to clear all the orange pegs in the Adventure Mode. However given all the long time Peggle fans around here I am sure that there will be lots of people who have cleared 100% on levels. A tip is to carefully choose the character you play with. Some are better for specific peg layouts. Most of the time I play with the "Spook" character.
They are adding the music later. And dude. It is 4,99. Just because it is on a small screen doesnt mean games are suddenly worth less. I don't get what all the people ramble about if a game is great and costs 5 dollar.
Does Peggle Extreme have the same music as Peggle? I haven't played the original on pc, just Extreme.
I really wanted to find out what the hype is all about, so I went ahead and bought Peggle. Bad news is that school is tomorrow so I won't be able to play it until later.
when is the music update coming out again ( I don't want to thumb through all the pages ) ? And is it different from the loading screen and "ode to joy" tunes?
