I will finally be ordering my gaming laptop either today or tomorrow, hopefully, and I need suggestions for games I should get. I like fps and action games in general. I was think about getting fallout new vegas and crysis 2.
Get Diablo 2 so I can have someone to play the game with. I was planning to play through the game with my friend after getting the Battle Chest on Friday (which was definitely worth the 30 bucks), but he can't find the CD key, meaning no online.
Starcraft 2 if you're into strategy games. I was getting so hopelessly addicted to the multiplayer I had to uninstall it to save myself
TF2, LFD2, Worms, The Sims 3, Age of empires 3, Battlefield 2 and BC2, trials, Just cause 2... I have a billion more so just let me know when you get bored of these
Counter-Strike Source! Also Starcraft 2 and if you are into RTS games then Supreme Commander 1 and 2. Amnesia the Dark Descent, Morrowind and Mass Effect 2.
Telltale Games is offering the first episode of its Back to the Future series for free right now. And who doesn't like free? Other than that, Supreme Commander 2 is a nice Strategy game that I always jump back to once in a while. And I guess Starcraft 2 is really good or somethin'.
Roller Coaster Tycoon 1 and 2. I know others will back me up here. Oblivion if you want to see what the PC modding community is like Minecraft - just get it Torchlight, good Diablo-like RPG, very fun and cheap. League of Legends - better than DotA. and free. Good Stuff
Team Fortress 2 - I've been spending all of my free time playing it. Minecraft - Now made even better with beta 1.3 adding easier redstone circuitry and the ability to skip the night by sleeping! Amnesia: The Dark Descent. The only horror game that was worth the "horror" factor. Plus they're all First person!
Allow me to be the first. Although I don't know why you wouldn't just get the second one, as the second one only improved everything.
Get Deus Ex, a bunch of emulators, a MAME install, ProEvo, Half Life 2, Bad Company 2 etc. On the PC, it's all about the modding world. Burnout Paradise is great too. I use PS2 joypads on my PC, but I guess most people use 360 pads these days. FPS games are so much better with a mouse and keyboard though. Enjoy.
