He wasn't kidding about the size of the puzzles. The first puzzle took me over an hour and I complete these things almost by instinct by now. Pleased to see that there's a welcome "Flashlight" option to help you spot incomplete sections when you're nearly done, as it's pretty tough to spot them on puzzles this size. Also (I may be mistaken on this) I think it's the first PathPix game to feature GC achievements. This is a real gift for fans of the series. I have never played this type of game before and to be honest wouldn't have rushed to buy it. But because you do, I've grabbed that one and will give it a decent go later. Thanks and you've potentially given me a new gameplay mechanic to enjoy. Will have a sale from me if I like it Papa Deuce Well-Known Member May 15, 2013 578 0 0 #12 Papa Deuce, Jul 16, 2015 Looks confusing, but interesting. rseller1 Well-Known Member Nov 5, 2013 51 0 6 #13 rseller1, Jul 16, 2015 I somehow missed these pathpix games, but after seeing this post, I checked out the original, and I'm loving it. I'm sure I'll pick up this newest run in the series in the near future, once I've had more practice with the smaller puzzles. Thanks, OP, for bringing this to my attention! Or second largest now, perhaps. I skipped a couple of the smaller versions, but the pro version has been on my phone for as long as I can remember. Was also hard to tell from the screenshots exactly what the game is like. But from one puzzle in the light version -- I've played similar games so many times in point-and-click adventures. Didn't know there were entire games like this. drelbs Well-Known Member Jun 25, 2009 11,200 7 38 #16 drelbs, Jul 16, 2015 Last edited: Jul 16, 2015 Start with the lite version and work your way up... Totally. Digging. It. I love the Flow theme games and this is very similar. I bought one of the theme packs first and I'll play all those before taking on what looks like a lot of daunting puzzles... I'm excited!!! mr_bez Well-Known Member Dec 20, 2012 2,053 3 38 #18 mr_bez, Jul 18, 2015 Just discovered that this has rudimentary iCloud support too. You can't start a puzzle on one device and complete it on another, but there's a Restore Solved Puzzles option in the settings that lets you sync completed puzzles between devices. WELL DONE ! pluto6 Well-Known Member Jun 21, 2009 5,837 3 38 Military #20 pluto6, Jul 18, 2015 I am about 1/3 through the first one. Doing one of these puzzles is like doing between 3 and about 10 of the puzzles (depending on how close you are to the beginning) in the other PathPix apps. It takes my ipad 3 several seconds to resolve the puzzle and let me start playing it is so huge. (You must log in or sign up to post here.)
