This is a nice manager. I just browsed into it and liked that its fairly simple to use yet still has options for my personal preferences. I recommended this to a few friends as its an app worthy to pass along.
How to make Password Only more effective? Hi Coldar We are considering to improve our sync feature. Do you think use iCloud will be better than wifi sync? Or we should include both of them. Some users doubt whether their data is safe on our servers or not. So we are developing a new version with a hope that we can release all the worries about security.
Its a nice app. Easy to use.( important to me) In your post in the promo codes section you asked; "Do you think use iCloud will be better than wifi sync? Or we should include both of them. Some users doubt our servers or not. So we are developing a new version with a hope that we can release all the worries about security." So many people have different feelings when it comes to safety & security. I believe it would be beneficial for you to include both choices or you may find that you need to make 2 apps to accommodate everyone. I personally think that the Wi-fi option is best. I still do not have complete trust in the 'cloud' system. I have friends who have complete trust in it. I think with both choices, you make your app available to more people and make it more profitable for you as well. Good luck. And thank you for the app. - Lavender
Gone Free Now Hey, Thank you for you guys sharing and feedback PasswordOnly Gone Free now in Valentine's day
Password apps trustworthy or nor? Hi, Can you guys help me answer this question? As you might know, I've developed an app named Password Only which is aiming to manage all user-generated passwords. It gains many users till now. However, some users doubt the security of this kind of apps. Therefore, I was wondering how many of you may trust a password manager app? What are your conterns if you have any? Please tell me your opinion in the replies. Thanks in advance!
Personally I just check out the reviews. If they're positive - and there are enough positive professional reviews - then I'll assume it's legitimate. Also my current password app of choice (OneSafe) claims to have the highest level of encryption currently available. Of course they could be lying, but if they are I don't know why the app has to think for a couple of minutes the first time you use it and after every update.
Thanks for your reply. So you said you trust the positive reviews? I also want to know in what way you thust your password app (OneSafe) over its alternatives?
I'm with dancj. I usually check for tech site reviews first and AppStore reviews to see what their thoughts are about the app and whether it is trustworthy. I'm currently using Norton Identity Safe app but I plan on getting 1Password once it goes on sale. (Can't afford to buy it at its full price)
I can go up to $ 5 for a password app but it really has to be great. Exception would be 1Password which I'm willing to buy for $ 9.99.
I'm currently using your app, password only before that I used one key, the reason I switched was that password only used less memory space as it had less bells and whistles, it's easier to enter data I to password only too. I'm hoping I can trust you or I'm in deep shit lol.
I For a good one I'd have gone $5 maybe - luckily for me, OneSafe came down to $1 - but then I got the mac version for about $5 to go with it. For that though I'd expect syncing between devices and preferably a built-in browser that fills in the passwords for me - which OneSafe does.
