I wouldn't say I regret getting it on my Mac but I've often felt that this game was made to be played with touch controls. Then again the [initial] difficulty of controlling it with a mouse and keyboard is part of the design I believe.
Glory to Arstotzka! Just downloading this now to my iPad as it looks awesome and I only heard about it today via Touch Arcade app!!
Scrap that.I've figured it out.Yay! Really hooked on this game.I see myself finishing it tonight.Thank God for Endless mode and the 20 different endings feature. Well worth the money spent even though it was quite steep. I would definitely recommend this game to anyone in a heartbeat.
This looks intriguing but can someone explain why it's enthralling? Is it predominantly down to luck or subtle clues that grow in difficulty with each person seeking to enter the country?
There's absolutely no luck factor in this game. Everything comes down to how fast you can spot the discrepancies on papers. The conditions are changing a lot of the time and it gets more and more complicated.
The game had been mistakenly rejected due to the Nudity/No Nudity toggle. Dehumanizing body scan images will be back next week : http://www.polygon.com/2014/12/12/7384191/papers-please-ios-nudity-patch
Anyone know if these sorts of things are randomized? I've never played the game twice in rapid succession to see if I notice anything like that.
This is heartbreakingly true how anyone can complain that this multi award winning behemoth is too expensive is actually beyond me. I am just telling myself that dude was trolling to stop from getting angry!
I know.. I was spending 60 bucks on console games not to long ago.. I honestly feel like I'm stealing sometimes.. I bought battle academy 2 for 20 bucks and thought that was a bargain..
The game uses a mix of randomly generated entrants and special encounters. http://papersplease.wikia.com/wiki/Characters
Really? Waaay steep? How'd you become a fan of the game? Did you actually buy the game on the pc version?
