Well, it's the first review I've found on a iPhone gaming blog, and the game is out since early November. So this is news, at least for us. :)

    http://www.igameme.com/iPhone-iPod-touch-Game-Reviews/Paper-Airplane-enjoy-flying-through-clouds

To celebrate, I'm giving away 5 promo codes:
    L7M4JNLENYT7
    FH6EEXRPF9AH
    M479KWAXJFJ4
    47MHPWFHP6LE
    MTMNN6LHKW3P

To those who will get the code, I ask you to try learning to play it with the default tilt axis setting (which is Y). You must get used to it, but in the end it's much more fun. Let me know.
    Cheers,

    -c.

I really like this little highly polished and often updated little game.
My girlfriend also loves it and always steals my iPhone for too long.
And I have to admit, the dev (-team) is very nice!!!

So, finally some publicity! Wish you all the best!

i find that if i calibrate my x and y accelerometer in paper airplane. My other games gets affected.

is there some way to calibrate the x and y correctly or reset the accelerometer back to original settings?:(

This is impossible, technically. The calibration setting only writes to the game preferences to keep the info between sessions.

but it did happen? i tried calibrate the settings in paper air plane and i went to play playrus -another shooting game. The accelerometer settings went way off.

I did a restart of the iphone to gain back my settings as per say.

No offense, but you've imagined it. Believe me. :p

You can't write to a sensor!

And you cannot read/write to other apps preferences, since everything is sandboxed for obvious security reasons.

    You cannot affect other apps.

The code that gets run when you press 'calibrate' only read the current values from the accelerometer (saving them in the app prefs to keep them between sessions) and then it uses these values to correct the values read during the game.

    That's it.

    Cheers,

hope so. I tried 3 times. Calibrate the accelerometer settings in paper air plane. exit the game and fire up playrus game.

each time the accelerometer settings in playrus seems to be different after i calibrate.
    Hope its my imagination.

Two more codes. I've sent these to somebody who wasn't interested and wrote me to say he didn't use them.

    Have fun.
