More device support, certainly the fifth gen touch, is coming. From a developer response to my email about the lack of 5G touch support:

I have 2 other other apps by Playground Publishing B.V and they work fine. Had no idea the iPhone 4S and iPod 5G had the same hardware that's very interesting. Hopefully there will be an update soon and we will all be able to enjoy the game. Thanks for replying.
It's fantastic. Havent gone too far yet, as i dont have the time to put the headphones a long time coz im basically fulltime keeping my eyes on my newborn son, but i did enjoy the small bit i've played, and i am very impressed by the experience Papa Sangre 2 is providing.
I quickly browsed through the video and most of it was a spinning plate with the occasional creepy flashing hands and feet. Is this really worth the price tag?
It is an audio-based game, one which you can actually play blindfolded. Visuals arent necessary, except if you want to use other control methods than the default, in which visuals still isnt totally necessary. I really wish sanuku did not make a video for this game, as a video could never capture the experience papa sangre provides.
