Playing with other people you need to create your own party with specific 6 digit code you can share with others or to fill remaining spots in your party with bots. So far I see no option to play against random people, which is a bummer since the party code is active only for the time you’re in the game. Once you close the game, the code is no longer valid. Getting touch in people requires their immediate availability. Seems too restrictive imho. Gameplay is all about getting a power pallet and to avoid ghosts. Nothing else matters. Power pallet transforms you into super pac-man with ability to destroy other players and ghosts. Once the player is killed by super pac-man or ghost, he becomes ghost himself to make it more difficult for remaining players. That’s it. No more advanced strategy, no upgrades, no power-ups. There’s no controls or difficulty settings. There’s only one game mode - to create / join party with unfortunate 6 digit code requirement. I doubt this is gonna work for anyone else other than a few friends sitting on the couch. And even in that case, there are games with matchmaking based on same wifi. 6 digit code is ancient. And inability to play against random players is a total bummer. The only positive aspect of the game for me right now is the visuals. It just looks and sounds cute.
