Finally I beat the game with a proper ending. Before I start I have to remind that this game is difficult. The simplistic way is go to the green point (still quite challenging). Nothing is required, just get there. However it is a bad ending but the easiest. Spoiler The game becomes really hard after encountering the enemy fleet. Over 50% of the systems are occupied and unreachable. The game becomes extremely difficult to continue without ultra probe(allows you to mine on the star) After encountering the enemy, there are 2 options: Go to the blue point (enemy base) Or Continue to the red point (original target) If you continue to the red point, you will be taught 2 technology: death seed and wormhole. And then you will be instructed to go to the green point anyway. And if you just fly to the green point as normal, you will meet the bad ending same as go there directly. I haven't figure out the true ending for this yet, I think I may need to use the wormhole. The other path is go to the blue point(this is my favorite). You can go to the blue point without reaching the rad point as long as you have discovered death seed technology and carry at least 1 omega. After reach the blue point, fly to the sun, activate the death seed and wow! Complete your revenge! You will see those s** of b** come out and call you "king". Good ending for me.
I did and I don't regret it. The videos don't make justice to the game. What made me buy it was the article I wonder how you people were able to enjoy (and understand) it using google translate. The worst tool ever...
It's not that bad. Not at all. There are some mistakes here and there, but nothing so bad you can't understand.
Thats why I dont look here as often as before. Already spoiled the red ending and dont want to know much more unless I do it myself.
Finished the blue ending so that's it every arrow now, loving this game. Has there been any news on updates expanding the universe/storyline? Spoiler On the note of more storyline, has anyone ever completed the red or blue endings with the life seed? It would seem to solve the problem of finding a home world for the blue ending and stopping humans ever becoming that race at the red ending. I'm going to try it myself but if anyone else has it'll save me going on a wild goose chase If anyone's interested, here's the ship I finished with this time. I'd recommend seeking this ship type out, I think it's the best one.
A personal request to the dev, if he is reading this When you talk to aliens and get some Omega, but your stocks are full...you just lose that without any warning. It would be a bit cooler to have some 'exchange' screen, like the one after you have probed a star. I'm asking this because I just lost my best run so far, after two hours struggle...to see the blue ending. I was all prepped up adjacent to the blue target but.. Spoiler I was missing Omega...so I started to search for it EVERYWHERE...finally THOUGHT I got it...went back...discovering I talked to the aliens all full so no omega. Then I died. It hurts sooooo much.
I didn't mean it like that, I meant Spoiler would just having the tech when you complete those arrows change them to give a happier ending
Well, Spoiler I don't think it does anything. I've beaten blue once, while having the tech AND having the system installed, and after destroying their star, I had the standard "You have become our god-king" ending. I really wish there was some kind of happy ending, all three endings are kinda sad
That's a shame, I'll still try and give it a go at the red ending just in case but that's going to be damn hard to pull off. Also going to try to beat those 130,000 top scores on the game center leaderboard *scratched head* What's the most alien races anyone has made contact with? The highest I've got an achievement for is 5 and I'm wondering if the 15+ achievement is possible once planets become Spoiler blockaded
Currently there isn't enough alien races to meet more than 5. But the dev does plan to include additional races (and additional ships) according to a message he posted on his official forum.
Could you post a link to the forum please? I'd be interested to see what the Devs are saying. Oh, and congratulations to Out There for being first in the list of "What we're playing" in the UK App Store.
