Uhh no, number one they're totally different games in totally different categories, and number two it's not a good game to start with. For RPG, go with Zenonia if you like KRPGs, or Undercroft if you like western RPGs, those two are the only ones I can think of since Zenonia 2 and Chronicles of Inotia 2 aren't released yet. For racing, go with NFSU if you like city-style racing with flashy graphics and a career mode, or Real Racing if you want an extremely difficult but realistic racetrack experience. For strategy games, Battle for Wesnoth and Rogue Planet are both really high quality new releases (both are turn-based), as well as RTK Touch, probably the most complex and realistic turn-based strategy game ever.
Real Racing is probably the best one to go with. If you still have enough money go for Ravensword or COD zombies or both.
