      So what I'm wondering is if 629mb of other content is normal.

      music - 9.02gb
      video - 7.87gb
      apps - 3.47gb

      and other is at 629. Is this normal.

      10GB of Apps?! You must be a rich boy or a good looking pirate :)!
      My touch has only 8GB of whom 6gb are occupied by music. Precious space, i dont have it :(

      Good looking, perhaps - but not a pirate, nor am I rich. :eek:

      I am an active beta tester, and managed to get a ton of promo codes. And I have purchased a number of apps as well! ;)
