      *Peer-to-peer gaming support
      * Third-party game accessory support
      * Push notification
      * Internet tethering
      * Stereo Bluetooth audio
      * MMS messaging
      * Cut, copy & paste
      * Spotlight search
      * Landscape keyboard in Mail, Messages, Notes and Safari

      New games that are already utilizing 3.0 features

      Touchgrind-You can now access your music library from within the game, allowing you to create the perfect skate playlist and see which song that is currently playing via the super sweet popups

      Star Defense Ngmoco will be seeing a version update tomorrow that will support their new Plus+ platform, according to Silicon Alley Insider. The service is being described as an Xbox Live-like service

      According to the Apple Store, Apple hasn't announced the 3rd Gen iPod Touch, so for those of you waiting, you'd be better off enjoying this new update on your 2nd Gen for $10.

      3.0 Installation problem solved!

      After downloading & installing 3.0 on my 3G iPhone, it hung up and all I could do was make emergency calls and it wouldn't connect to iTunes. The solution was to reboot your PC,then run iTunes and then connect your iPhone. It worked fine after that!

      Or you could simply take the sim card out, turn it off, and then put it back in
      It worked for me ^^,

      Can someone who has used 3.0 confirm that Spotlight works for apps also? The description on the app store and web doesn´t specifically says it searches apps. Thanks.

      Hi Deb,

      Yup. Spotlight works on apps :) (As in, it searches for App names -- I think this is what you meant)

      It doesn't let me copy text/pictures from the app store... is it just me or is that just the way apple made it?
