Make sure that GameCenter login is displayed over head when you open the game. If it is stuck anywhere for more than half a minute press cancel and try again. Don't bother trying it many times, it may be just that nobody is online at that time. So try again in an hour or so.
No just close out the app in the taskbar and start the app again, everything should be good. Rinse and repeat if it occurs again
gonna start recording some games and posting them on youtube but screen recorder sucks so i might try display recorder
Unable to find players Yup, it's me. I thought it was weird also playing games consecutively with the same player, over and over. I'm also having problems finding other players. I'm always stuck with "Finding players" message. I tried upgrading to iOS 4.3.3 (from 4.2.1) - no luck. I tried re-installing the game - still the same "Finding players" message. Restaring the game, iPod doesn't help either I think I only played games for 2-3 different players since I started playing this game last weekend. I don't have the same problem finding players when playing other Game Center games. When playing Real Racing 2, I can have a match with multiple players within seconds (~10 seconds). Well, that's probably because the said racing game have much higher active player base. But still, unable to find any player for a long time (~12hours now) is just weird and
Yup, good idea... when I told Pavel to consider logging to a file, he stated it's pretty unlikely he'd implement it. That is, currently, the only way of distributing game "logs" is jailbreaking and recording games with a screen recorder.
Strange - whenever I look for a random player (in normal mode), in general, I find in a second. Or five minutes at most. It has never taken me more than 5 minutes to find an opponent, regardless of the actual clock (night or day). That is, just kill the task (from the taskbar) and restart it.
Found a little bug today. Solitude on Evil Sorcerer doesn't work. His stats stayed exactly the same after casting it on him. Haven't tried to reproduce it though, so no idea if it was a one time glitch.
anyone find disperser lightning lord earth chant bless and the sea monster useless? imo i think dark ritual needs to be nerfed dark ritual x 2 and then elemental is bs OP-ness in order from greatest to least Dark Ritual Giant Spider Fairy Manticore Ethereal Drake
Bless is such an useful card!!!! Especially when you have field advantage and it only cost 1 mana..it's a card that boosts denfense AND attack, how can you not like it? Disperser is good to defend against strong monsters sometimes. But I do find lightning lord and sea monster useless.
Re Dispercer, I've had Menneissyys bring out a few and then proceed to drag me to the shed and whip me hard after they pooped out and gave him copious amounts of mana. I've used Earth Chant to get Moloch up and running quickly but not in MP. Bless is great. For 1? Kewl for me. Re OP, there are always going to be OP and UP. I wouldn't touch them at all. Btw, Blood Ritual and Manticore were already weakened from the Beta. Menne & I thought Blood Ritual was a bit much but were okay with Manticore. You can find a way to deal with everything you're saying is OP.
1, dispercer is one of my fav cards, one of the best ones, particularly against strong critters, to quickly pump up my elements 2, earth chant is also widely used if you have great Earth cards (e.g., Spider or Moloch) you want to quickly mass-deploy 3, bless - a GREAT card and VERY cheap (as opposed to O1) - btw, it has been discussed some pages ago. 4, with sea monster, use its ability - particularly with a dispercer (the sole aim of it that it needs to be killed ASAP) or an Ethereal (to which it can't deliver any damage). Or, for that matter, any card you quickly want to get rid of (e.g., a disabled caster unit)
BTW, is anyone interested in Opera Mini 6? I'm working very hard on debugging some of its subtle CSS incompatibilities - if there're people interested in OM, I can give you some new info I haven't published yet A great browser; the only problem I can't recommend it for reading some types of pages is the lack of charsize setting support. (And the above-mentioned CSS incompatibility issues ruining reading e.g. the DPReview fora.)
Oh.. Hi.. Its watzki lol, the only guy i found to play hehe and he beat me down the last times I even changed my player name to " hi watzki" because i was sure the next match was again against him hehe.. Can you tell me what countrie you are from?
I agree with the first 4 cards you mention. Dark Ritual is totally ridiculous. Ethereal seems fine considering its low health, attack and high cost (is it a bug that it can be assassinated? Well, it seems to help balance anyway). Fire Drake, I'm not sure why you'd feel this way - haven't had that card turn the tide of any matches yet. re: Dispercers being useless (whoever said that) - I had a guy quit 3 matches with me until he got a deck with Dispercers. Or at least it seemed that way. Then he spammed at least 6 Dispercers to start and ended up with a ton of mana after I killed them. Its an interesting strat and I'm not sure if its OP or not. I'll have to play against it and try it myself a few times...
That card is an absolute must, one of the most important Fire cards, for two reasons: -no damage taken from any kind of Fire - initial damage done to all opponent cards and owner (to quickly weaken them all)
Using Dispercer is very risky. I generally love them and always try to use them at both gamestart and against strong cards as a blocker, but it's very risky - when they're destroyed at once, you'll have a hard time filling up the open slots, no matter how much manna you have gathered from Dispersers.
Ha. But in your example, you beat an opponent using OP cards via an even MORE OP card! Still, may as well give it a few weeks or even months before balancing. Unless there are strategies that quickly emerge as dominant, of course.
