1. I believe flux comes from a blacksmithing vendor. They are represented by the anvil icon which hovers over their heads. 2. Business currency is something that is generated when you craft items.
Sailors Ugh how do people manage to get the Sailors quest done? I've yet to even catch a glimpse of a sailor!
Honestly, I don't really see any reason to finish this quest unless you're a completist. The EXP reward doesn't come close to outweighing the time it takes to finish. And I've noticed that you start earning silver exponentially faster in the next area (Swamp of Wyrms). However, if you do keep with it, try it early morning EST. I tried last night and it was packed, but there were 'only' about five to eight people there this morning.
Form a party with the people around there. I got a 3-person party doing that quest, and got 6 kills in a row in a crowd of 30. Look for mages and archers.
I'm enjoying my ice mage... lower DPS but I can usually kill a mob before it reaches me. Things get tricky when mobs start to pile up though
Dunno, think he might have been talking about the Injured Sailor quest? If so check the tents too. Sailors do spawn there though maybe less frequently.
Fire will certainly be better for farming (owning lower level mobs for cash and drops) because of the AOE skills. Granted I havent tried them yet, I'm frost, but that looks like a safe assumption. Frost is somewhat safer, with improved energy shield and frost nova slowing & having a 60% chance to freeze, good escape skill. In terms of efficient & rapid fire single target killing, I'm not too sure which would be better, but frost does well enough. I can only comment up to level 24, there could be many more surprises ahead (see my earlier comment about Rock Shard's cooldown for an example of a surprise.)
Okkeyy. Ok. You see, i actually mixed them, with appx half in each haha, maybe not so smart... I think im actually going to go with fire, i dont think i can live without shock wave... But we'll see good luch with your ice Actually, i have one more question. If, and im only saying if, i was so stupid as to delete a quest item (magnifying glass thing for the island) do i really have to level up a new guy and transfer it? Seems like such a hassle
I want the shoulder pads And it would be nice to complete it. But I'm getting sick of carrying around that first aid kit and I'm close to dropping the quest just to get rid of it. If I could at least SEE a sailor, I'd have some hope. But I just hear them say thanks for helping before I even catch a glimpse.
