Nathan, no and nor does it fight. I'm ashamed to admit I bought a baby wolf cub for 4 gold from someone only to be very disappointed. It's not very cute and very tiny. The panda is the biggest pet so far that I've seen but too bad it's useless. I bought plenty Runes but won't be buying it. The baby wolf can be attained free from a drop from the Black wolves I was told. Wish I had known this before wasting 4 gold!
Haha ohhhh man I feel like a sucker. Oh well at least I gotta panda following me around now... Thanks for the reply!
Just to clarify, I think the wolf cub you can get with runes (which cost real money) is different from the wolf that randomly drops. Different breeds. It seems that you can sell ALL the pets to other players though. This includes the pets that cost real money or that are extremely rare drops.
Exactly! Obviously we need BANKS! I bought Gold and don't look forward to level 10+ Death penalty. Horrible
I dont like that the teleporting cost goes up a lot. Lose 17 silver dying and then like 20 more teleporting to the big city that would otherwise take forever to get to (even with a speed skill to help..), meanwhile it costs ridiculous amounts to get your inventory and storage to an adequate size. and i dont know why its making me select only the nearest teleport when they are connected, maybe Im missing something. Anyway.... game is still pretty fun. At level 22 if there is a boss creature im supposed to kill between firing out of sneak mode to stun them for 3 seconds, 5 more seconds by using an upgraded pin shot, and then a few seconds for them to close the gap... usually they are dead before they can reach me. If they are melee. The thing that kills me is long range enemies when Im trying just to run through areas. A couple of these swamp spiders can kill me before I get out of range if I dont have my speed boost. Starting to hit a wall with the repetitiveness now though, but I've already played it 7 dollars worth and well see if the next areas start having some things that need groups or something. I've already encountered an open PVP zone, though even there it didnt seem like I got anything for killing someone.
I've heard that they do a decent amount of damage but they miss a lot, so it's really not as good as you'd think. Everyone keeps talking about how great 2h is in chat, though.
[1] With Cleave, is that automatically applies when I use Swift Strike? I can't see how to assign it to the toolbar. [2] How do I disable global chat? [3] How do I choose to only send something to Local? [4] Why on earth did I start this MMO thang again? Played till 4:30am this morning. Phew!
1) can't awnser that one 2)Disable all chat channels by picking one and holding your finger down on it until it's crossed out 3)bring up chat and on the left pick your channel 4) I know what you mean, 3am last night before I stopped, played it all day too
But then how DO you pick one? I just tap on the chat transcript until the text box comes up and type. Not sure how to do anything else. It's been a great end to the week. Back to the Future The Game Episode 4 just came out too. I'm going to go and give that some love now then play OaC after that.
when you launch the game and log in so you are standing there press the bottom of the screen once to bring up the big text window, then on the left just above the text is usually a bubble with "global" written in it, next to that is an arrow which when pressed gives you a list of all 8 or so channels you can click on or block. Hope that helps. *edit* I should add I am on an ipod touch, might be slightly different on the ipad.
Open the chat box then select which channel to send it to buy tapping the button on the middle left and select one. Cleave is indeed a passive skill that applies automatically when the skill is used.
Exactly. I made a topic on the gameloft suggestions forum about it. I HIGHLY suggest that everyone here put their complaints and suggestions on the gameloft forums as well. WE MUST BE HEARD!! http://onlinegames-forum.gameloft.com/index.php?c=5#36 Also can you mail money? Setting up a dummy char and using him as a gold bank could be a work around for now if so.
