Greenmount help I am level 10 & I am supposed to find Vasharon. Instructions say that I should go south east of hall of blades but even after 1 hr I can't find vasharon
Hi guys, thinking of buying this but can someone please put my mind at ease - my concern is that you come across things in the game that you have to pay real money for in order to progress, does this happen? Also, can key features all be bought with "in game" money or must it be real life money like buying the option for pets? Thanks for any replies
Has anyone resolved the issue of not being able to connect? (Error code 30001, 30002, 30003)? This is an issue that I am having as well as numerous other people that I've seen on this forum and others as well as on reviews in the App Store. I got this response from an admin at the Gameloft tech support forums: "Hi there! It looks like there is some errror on our servers. Please try a bit later. Sorry for the inconvenience" I don't know that I buy that though. I don't know if the response "It looks like.." bares real knowledge of the problem or is just an easy response. I have created multiple Gameloft Live accounts and I still CANNOT login, going on two days now. Someone please help shed some light on this!
I haven't found anything like this up to level 15. Which is, granted, not a whole lot of levels... Things you can buy with real money: - Gold, which you obviously also get from playing the game - In-place resurrections, which you can also get by asking a level 15+ divine monk to join your party (also graveyards don't seem to be very rare) - Light attribute buffs (+10% to all, +20% to individual ones) and exp buffs (+50% or +100% for an hour) - Pets, however there are other pets you can buy with normal ingame currency and they are decoration only anyway My impression is that the biggest reason for buying gold would be fast travel and backpack expansions. You can earn enough gold for both during the normal process of playing the game, but early on getting the one piece of gold for the first backpack expansion can take a while. The second costs 5 gold which translates to quite a bit of real money if you choose to buy it via IAP so I am not sure it's worth it. Likewise, portals seem to be expensive early on but that changes as you progress and get higher quest rewards. So you can speed that up a little by buying gold but it's not a game changer. The attribute and exp buffs are freakin' expensive. I am not sure how the attribute buffs will work out in PvP (which is not there yet) but otherwise they seem to be too expensive to become widespread. Also, paying money for playing less etc. Well, pets don't do anything so they aren't key features in the first place. There are some pets that must be bought with real money and some that can be bought with ingame money. I haven't found any other items you could buy yet. Edit: I suppose it would be a fair guess that future expansions might come as IAPs. I have not seen any comment on this from Gameloft but most desktop market MMORPGs require you to buy expansions. I haven't tried removing. Maybe it's only possible to overwrite? What I can tell you is that you can rotate the spell ring to reveal more slots. So you could set up your spell rotation somewhere else on the ring if all else fails.
Got to level 15 before i finally have to get a few hours sleep... very random things... - While it runs smooth and looks decent, I wonder if its really necessary to have so much pop in (though its more of a smooth fade in at least) on the ipad 2... - My ranger using his long range bow attacks loses his target far too often, i choose a target, fire, hit... and if he goes down a hill towards me sometimes it just completely resets and i lose several hits. - I guess this just comes with the MMO territory, but for such a wide variety of visual enemies... there is just zero AI in these things at all. Run at me until they die, the end. If there is not better enemy variety (in how they play, visually there is a lot of enemies) and there are no big instances then it will probably get boring pretty quick. But of course... its a 7 dollar (w 3/ month) and cheap subscription MMO for the iOS. Its certainly a very solid WoW copy and obviously the best iOS option probably for a long time. I cant complain too much, its a good game.
This game is very nice, although need to pay $6.99 for the apps and after three months free play need to pay for the monthly fees, but the fees are quite cheap, $2.99 for half year
Ok, I can tailor now. Should I bother? I have some grenadines... BTW mage seems to play pretty much exactly like WOW. I'm going ICE although I may regret it...seems that fire can probably kill stuff before it gets to you more easily, maybe less kiting.
Might be picking this up after my exams, although I'm also thinking of starting WoW then... Oh well. Anyone playing this on iPhone? How does the interface fare on a smaller screen?
Not sure if anyone has bought the exp boost yet, but I just bought it, and you actually get 5 of the double exp boost. In other words for a little less than 5 dollars you get 5 hours of exp, not 1.
Crafting a couple things and selling them on AH would be more than enough to expand the bag twice, no need to pay real money for gold. I have sold a lot of the lowbie blacksmithing boots and gloves for over 1g each. They get bought out in less than 10 minutes.
I haven't bought it, but it does say so on the store page. Still it effectively means you give them money to play 5 hours less ;-)
hey i was wondering how i crafted. I realize people have probably already mentioned this, but i dont wanna read through a 72 page thread. any help? also, has anyone found it extremely hard to finish the field quest, due to so many people trying to kill him at once? is there a solution for this?
