If you have a reliable wifi connection and enjoy MMOs, it's a no-brainer. This game is gorgeously done. On the iPod 4g it plays like a dream, but on the iPad it's....it's.... It's WoW.
I have been looking forward to this game for awhile. But I can honestly say I'm disappointed. It's just not as fun as I thought it would be. Graphics and stuff look great, but the classes and races are kinda blah and the quests are boring. I'm not sure I would have purchased it after playing it. It seems like I'll probably keep playing for a couple days and won't touch it again. And the spammers are extremely frustrating.

I can confirm this works over 3G if you're jailbroken and have the My3G app. You have to toggle the settings to "direct" but it works a treat. Pretty good game so far too. Edit: out of curiosity, two questions. Is the toucharcade guild on arcadian forest Order or Chaos? Is there a guild in an EU server too?
GUILD IS CURRENTLY FULL At 60 CHARACTERS - Pester Gameloft to get that limit removed! Here is a list of characters capable of inviting players into the TouchArcade guild on the Arcadian Forest server: Eli Vovin River Kiggsworthy How to get an invite: 1. Tap your character's face in the top left corner. 2. Tap the "Social" tab near the bottom. 3. Add a few of the above characters. 4. If any of them are online, tap that row in your friends list. 5. Tap "whisper", and identify yourself as someone from TouchArcade. You need to be on the Arcadian Forest server.

Hope everyone enjoys the game Unfortunately I wont be playing this game for about 5 months. I only have a 3rd gen 8gb ipod, and will be getting the 5th gen when it comes out in September (round about then) Until then i'll have to spend my time watch vids and screenshots ;( Lol, and to think everyone thought they had a long wait
Looks like it costs another $2 if you want a 4th character slot. I went in to create characters and reserve my favorite WoW character names but did not have room to create my monk. Somehow I suspect that monks will be popular in parties since healers are always in demand. Guess I'll have to make the big investment... I hope they don't keep nickel and dimeing us for stuff like this... -Greg
I am loving this but feel a little overwhelmed. I need to look into how to join the guild. Side note, how does it work if I want to get this for my wife's iPhone? We are on the same iTunes account so I am not sure how a game with a monthly fee would work.
Ugh, I'm at work and can't download. I'll get set up tonight on Arcadian Forest and try to get a guild invite. It's gonna be a long day waiting to play this
