Good on them I say ! I think the Beta testing is with regard to their server or client interface or whatyoucallsit. Hence Canada - where it's only mounties and their horses online at the moment. So they can test the functionality (?) without all the heavy insane traffic - guns hummer in bid to demonstrate eagerness to hit the road on this one.
