Not sure what's going on with this game. I'm assuming there was an issue with their server and there really is no non premium play, as I cannot login anymore without a sub.
Still playing daily. ^Does that mean in your opinion it is worth coming back? I am only level 41 or so. New content LOOKS nice, but does it play nice? Is there any strategy or is it just button mashing for bosses?
In comparison to all there other games, O&C has had updates fairly quickly imho: http://appshopper.com/games/order-chaos%C2%A9-online A lot of people still play. The Arcadian Forest server seems to always have people just about everywhere and all levels. I'm glad that GL is making this game better with updates (not to mention listening to the community voices). I'd say, yes if you still have some interest in playing, things have changed for the better... EDIT: The bosses all have a different strategy, button mashing will get you killed. You as well as your team has to know what they're doing or you wont last on Legendary mode in boss fights. Best part of the dungeons outside of teamwork, is the different classes really shine as far as skill choice when it comes down to crunch time.
PM them on TA or in the game? I'm definitely interested. I work full time and have a 2 year old daughter with a son on the way this December so I don't have lots of time to dedicate but I'd love to at least be able to play with others instead of wandering alone.
PM any of us in-game and say your from TA. I know what you mean as far as finding time goes, we all do in-fact (student working full-time here, so I tend to play evenings and/or late nights). Good thing is you'll find us all very friendly & helpful. Early grats on your soon to have son.
i still seem to be able to log in and play despite not having renewed my subscription. anyone else know anything about that?
Yeh I'm able to log in and play with my subscription out of date also. It even tells me on the character screen it's out but let me log straight in and play. Sshhh don't tell anyone
A few players have reported this, but others have reported being "properly" locked out. I know I was locked out after my sub expired in July. The real question is whether those able to get back in can use the things limited accounts weren't supposed to be able to like mail & trade. ---- In other news, I fell for the second content update and gave GL another $3... and then quickly remembered what had prompted me stop playing remembering that I had been hit with the glitch that cleared all of my characters quests, DOH.
i had definitely been locked out for quite a while, and just randomly check one day and i had access again. i haven't done much in the game since checking, but i did go to a mailbox and i was able to access it. it was only previously-existing mail, though, so maybe i can't get new mail?
I just renewed my subscription today because I wanted to give it another shot. I am not in the Touch Arcade guild (because it was full when I tried to join), but I am down to work as a team. My Gameloft ID is "Rivalsan" if you want to give questing a go.
I've read a lot of whining on the official forum, threads about WOM taking all players etc etc. Are people still playing O&C? Is there any point in starting up again? Got to lvl 30 before I got bored . And also what are the new noticeable additions since June? Thx a lot
