Finally a way to get live TV on the iphone! It works beautifully, but the only downside is it only works with wi-fi for now (For TV that is). I hope they fix that. Everything else works on edge or 3g great

Not to gloat too much, but it works beautifully from my windows PC, So good I'm going today after work to get me a Tuner card so I can stream live cable. I'll let ya know how it turns out. Anyone know what a good one to purchase would be?

Can you stream to a TV with this app using the video out cables? That would be cool.

No, I don't believe you can. Why would you want to anyway?

Most Modern video cards have some kind of composite out/S-video out
You wouldn't need this program for that

Yeah my video card has that, but my computer isn't right next to my tv. If Orblive could stream through the video out then you could connect it to any tv in your house (or elsewhere) and stream anything on your computer to that tv. I think it would be useful but maybe I'm alone in thinking that.

If I am understanding what product wants correctly, then I believe the the SlingCatcher does what he wants http://www.slingmedia.com/go/slingcatcher.

    It works!!!

I just got the tuner card and set it up. Tested and verified full cable TV right on the iPhone. the only bad part is you need to be on wi-fi, doesn't work on 3g yet. But no buffer issues or sync issues at all... Work is gonna be awesome now :D

New update just made it so you can now stream over 3G and edge, I have a
1st gen iphone so I can't test the 3g, and over edge buffers pretty badly, but i guess it will work in a pinch!
