Erm.. I didn't say it's different. I said it's the usual deal for such game. As in not much different to other shmup. What truly impress me on the touch control is how responsive it is. You know in certain shmup there is a slight delay. But this one is really spot on

I'll be getting this in just over 4 hours time, but always getting Race the Sun, looks like not much sleep tonight playing these two games, plus which one to play first!!

Danmaku Unlimited, rRootage, and .Decluster (the original and the new remixed version) all fit the bill.

Thanks I totally got what you are saying now it's auto fire but you do have some control over firing other bombs etc
I am totally cool w that I am an old school gamer that's all :)
I finally found some more info on the controls and it's no issue I am waiting patiently for it to appear in the store.
I dont mind the control scheme w Decluster. I haven't played this style game in years but after playing a couple good titles I understand the auto fire much more now :)
I was big into R Type and Galaga when I was a kid. Like how the genre has progressed lately especially out of Japan.
    Metal casket knows best too
Always like getting his opinions on games etc

Yep, the controls really are buttery smooth. Like, I think you can only get a feel of how good they are when you're actually playing the game.

Thanks. Always, always humbling to think that people trust my opinion around here. Hope I don't steer you wrong, buddy.

Any cave game, though I'd recommend Bug princess 2 black label, or perhaps Dariusburst SP if you want something with modern graphics and is side scrolling.

Myself, I'm quite excited for this!

Well worth the anticipation so far.
    How many levels are there?
If there was an endless mode this game would be literally perfect.

So when you die, it's back to the start? Or can we play from the latest level unlocked?

This is intense! Everything seems to be spot on - the touch controls work really well, fluid framerate despite the busy action. Great 80s soundtrack with its own music player.

I started out on Normal difficulty and it's freaking hard. But every run I get a little better. Easy is not easy for me, but it's definitely more forgiving.

    Great job, guys!
