That sounds like a brush-off, not an actual response.

Well it sounds like Onlive doesn't have a clue when and if this will be released for iPad/iphone.

I finally got to play Onlive since Monday when I bought the new Quadcore Android Asus transformer Prime tablet. I got the Free Playpack month and 30% off with the Chevy code. I mised the deadline for the Free lego Batman but I can play that game unlimited for the next month anyway.

Graphics look great, runs fantastic with no lag so far. I am getting a wireless controller either from Best Buy or Onlive. Fantastic app!!

How would you compare this Onlive app to one of the premier app games on itunes, ie, Infinity Blade 2 ?

They have a lot of great looking games indeed. Comparing? Hmmm, depends on your interests. The game catalog is good because these are full PC games, not short games, depending on the game. Check out the Library for yourself. The graphics for the new Batman game (not lego), is amazing. There is no comparing iOS to a PC game, wouldn't be fair

If you have a good or fast connection, it's worth a look because you get free trials! They have a variety of games. I haven't had time to really play much but it is a lot of fun. Quality games I would say. They need more but for what it is, it is very good.

I mean, it sounds like the representative doesn't know anything about it.

    I know what you mean.

I should have been more specific. I was just venting because waiting for this app is starting to annoy me. I know it shouldn't but the fact is Android users have had this app for over a week. iphone/ipad is supposed to be the premier device and right now, Apple users are left out in the dark.

Agreed. Then again, the season has been so bountiful game wise that I can't really complain that much.

Yes, I am a subscriber. I have the monthly play pass. I agree that they need a better selection. They have a few good titles but are definately in need of some PS3 titles or EA.

I haven't had a chance to check out the app. ( I don't have an Android device) Hopefully Apple will approve the app for the iphone. Then I can check out the quality and gameplay.

I'm just curious, if you had to choose either the App store or Onlive for games on your mobile device. Which would you prefer ? ( maybe it's too soon to ask that question, since you haven't played that much Onlive)

That's true. I have bought so many quality games on iOS that I can't be that mad at Apple.

You need a strong wireless connection to play OnLive, so 90% of the time it's not even a choice.

I think the only thing that bothers me is that android users sucked up all the free lego batmans. So if and when we get it, does this mean no free lego batman for ios users? Normally not so cheap, but, I think i have bought that game in 4 forms already, one pc, one wii, one DS, and one PS3.

I just got an email from OnLive to enter a "iPad2 Cloud Gamer Sweepstakes," with a grand price of an "OnLive-skinned iPad2". So my guess is that the OnLive app is coming soon :).

Actually when they first anmoved the app (the date I made the thread) was when the first announced the contest:(. Ironic though if the winner got the iPad before the app came out.

Different game now, I actually like it better. Defense Grid is being given away for android users.

All I can say is if Apple ignores the iphone/ipad app they are going to lose a lot of customers. By denying this type of technology, people will end up buying an Android instead of a newer apple version.
